Fantastic experience: An acquaintance of ours recommended Trish Mills to us when we embarked on our journey to find a new home. We are so glad we contacted Trish and her team because the road was long and had a few bumps along the way. Trish and her team visited our home even before we started looking for a new house. They did a thorough walk-thru and then gave us some “homework” so our house would be ready to list. This service was invaluable because we ended up listing our home three weeks earlier than expected due to changing market conditions. Before listing our house, Trish met with us to review recent activity and comps in order to establish a listing price. She also utilized the service of a professional photographer to photograph our home for the MLS listing. I believe the homework she gave us, her knowledge of current market conditions, and the work she put into our listing all contributed to the record high sales price we set for our neighborhood. In addition to selling our existing home, Trish helped us buy our new home. She accompanied us on multiple showings and was patient when we eliminated each potential home because it did not suit our family. We ultimately decided to purchase land and build our home. She participated in multiple Zoom meetings with us as we interviewed builders. She helped us through the negotiations, obtaining a construction loan, the actual build process, and then converting to a permanent loan.
