Fantastic experience: Long but worth the read! My wife and I worked with Ron and Tonya from approximately October 2024 through November 2025. If you’re a first-time home buyer- look no further. We had been with two other realtors previously to them and the experience always felt “off.” We never felt educated or seen in our needs. These two could not have been better at preparing us for the home buying process and having a home. To start, they had a 1-2 hour home buying process session at their home where they meticulously explained the process start to finish. They used real examples of homes in our approximate budget and we truly felt like we learned a lot from this. As a first time home buyer you need someone educated to point out all of the things you simply don’t know. They were sure to point out everything. We were very picky clients and were upfront that we don’t need to jump on a home “now.” They joyfully took us through likely dozens of showings before we found our perfect home. They were frank and honest and the exact type of people you want to do business with for the biggest purchase of your life. Tonya negotiated for us during our process. Our inspection report came back with a few small dings that we weren’t thrilled with and Tonya did an amazing job in securing a better deal. The closing process was swift. I believe working with Jamie Lenes, their partner lender, aided in this as well. He was fantastic, was so available for all of our questions and on top of everything. These two are who you want on your side when buying a home. We recommend them to all and truly are so grateful for their time, patience and professionalism in getting us our perfect home. If we ever were to sell, we would certainly use them again. We did not know these two prior to this process but are so glad to have met them. Everyone’s experience is different, but as first time home buyers we could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Ron provided statistical graphs explaining how proper pricing and listing time on market greatly impacts the sales price. This information combined with the local market analysis they provided gave us the confidence not just to set the price but have a game plan for the sale. Fantastic experience: I have an unusual review because I was a mostly absent spouse and it was my wife who did the sale and worked closely with Ron and Tonya. My wife and I are sort of eggheads who are not in tune with staging a house. Tonya coached her. Never once have I heard my wife speak ill of them. So, from my odd viewpoint, I was very happy because they gained my wife's confidence and worked with her to sell the house. They gave us good advice and gave explicit instructions on how to show the house so we could obtain the maximum value. The end result was that we showed our house on a wednesday and by saturday of that week we had 6 showings and 2 offers with one offer well over the asking price.
