We closed June 30th. I am certain this would have been a way different experience without her and I am not certain we would even be in a home yet.

Fantastic experience: I can truly say I was a "homebuyerzilla!" My ADD really kicked in during the homebuying process. I selected a house, changed my mind, selected other houses and wanted to look at them and then went under contract (while still searching for the better "unicorn home." Positive experience: In general, very enthusiastic team. Great job with the photos and the advertising. Listing looked great. Only disappointment was that the communication was sometimes not great. Messages were sent multiple times, we had to follow up many times on the same questions, and even when we closed (we were remote), we did not receive any sort of message telling us that we did. In fact, we only found out because we saw the money was transferred. The team had great intentions but hope this is taken as constructive criticism to improve the experience for future clients! Regardless I would Still recommend them for your home buying and selling needs!

Within a few days he proved me wrong. His thorough analysis and innovative marketing started generating interest almost immediately. Rather than wait for prospects to come to him, he actively generated leads from multiple states, including as far away as New York. As an added challenge, we were selling a house that had tenants in it. No problem: Hamza worked with the tenants and found multiple prospects who were willing to buy with a lease still in force. Since we were absentee owners, he helped line up a contractor to make repairs noted during the inspection. He was in constant contact, keeping us abreast of the situation and the actions he was taking.
