Negative experience: I call to view a property they told me to fill out the application first I did that I been calling for the pass week about my application someone took my number saying they was going to have someone call me nobody still haven’t call back I’m definitely going to give them a visit it’s sad we have to work hard just to get scam out they money no way you guys taken Application fee then don’t contact us back to come view the property ‍♀️

Negative experience: I'm very suspicious of this management company. Their listings are at times to good to be true and they require a application fee be paid before they will show you the property. I have seen the same unit appear multiple times and the only response i will receive is a invitation to apply. I'm not fully confident the property exist and is just listed to receive the application fee.

Negative experience: So far not a good experience with TMC Property Management. They have many properties I have reached out for but they won't respond to any emails, calls, voicemails or inquiries on software like Zillow. I have made multiple attempts in the past few weeks. It is my understanding that someone has to complete an application to be able to tour their properties. These applications require money and personal information such as your SSN. If that is what is required to hear back from this company, then it feels like a scam.

Fantastic experience: Jen is a really great property manager and honestly just a very easy person to talk to. Communication with her has always felt comfortable and respectful, and she treats you like a real person, not just a tenant or a number. She’s understanding and willing to work with people when life gets difficult, which makes a big difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s renting to and wants things to go smoothly for everyone. Overall, she creates an environment where you feel heard and supported, and that’s something I really appreciate about her.

Negative experience: Don't ever try their apartment.they will scam your money.they lied about my deposit.they blame me that i broke their apartment but it been broke before we move in.i have the invoice for the damages from owen before we move in.

Negative experience: Putting this under a name you guys don’t have because what you guys do is not fair one you guys raise rent without knowledge two you guys don’t answer the phone 3 you guys take forever to fix things 4 old landlord said that he was going to put in a note that the fence hade to be put up that’s not done yet 5 you guys give 20 day notice to get out when a 10 day notice is only for if your doing something bad or illegal and it’s against the law to do if people aren’t doing anything wrong 6 you guys just tick a notice on the door without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door 7 you guys charge an extra $10 fee through the app 8 you guys don’t care if someone is in a not so good position and they are trying there best 11 we still have no clue who the actual landlord is never met them 12 you guys don’t answer messages or phone calls 13 you guys are going to start charging a pet deposit every month when we already paid one and it was only for one time not every single month 14 you guys are going to kick out a family who has 3 disabled people in a house that can’t get jobs and only one person can and 15 you guys don’t know what’s going on in one of ur apartments every single day there’s illegal activities going on but do you guys care no 16 you guys don’t even mow the grass that often when it’s spring and summer out 17 we have tried to contact you guys but barely get an answer we have been trying to work something out but we get no answer and get a 10 day notice when actually your supposed to give people 30 days 18 you guys don’t communicate at all but we do but don’t get no answer or if we do get an answer it’s sarcastic or rude

Negative experience: This company is horrible. My daughter has been without working toilets Unable to take a bath for a week, the toilet stews backed up into her bathtub. They sent someone out and the company that came out Said they had a blockage and that they was gonna call them to have them come and dump the stews and remove them so they can go through that way and still ain’t no one been there. They haven’t called to see if it was successful. My daughter’s house is horrible smelling

Fantastic experience: As out of state rental property owners (16 units in Columbia), finding the right management team is essential to our success. I went through some troubles and she coached me on how to get out of it and do better! Let alone I came to the end of my previous lease and I was behind. Instead of throwing me out on the street she got me into something cheaper and allowed me to pay back what I owed. Overall a great experience and John the owner is an awesome dude too. Taught me a lesson of standing by what you say and communicate. I am at the end of my lease again and wouldn’t rent from anyone else. If you want to rent from someone TMC is the way to go!
