Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely incredible experience listing our home with Lindsey. We were listed with another agent for a few months and contacted her completely frustrated. She came over and looked at our home with a critical and objective eye, and within a week we had new pictures and were relisted on multiple MLS systems. Throughout the selling process, she was very responsive to our questions and provided timely feedback on showings. We've sold several properties over the years, and the most remarkable aspect of working with Lindsey is how we felt we truly had an advocate by our side throughout the stressful selling and moving process. Negative experience: Had to go through 3 levels of communication with other real estate agents at Southbound to even get any information on a property Lindsey Cutshaw (the owner) was representing. My buyers agent also struggled just as much as me to try and get info. Your best best is calling all of the listed agents on their website to annoy someone enough into actually answering your questions.

Negative experience: We recently worked with Southbound Real Estate for the sale of our home in Greeneville. It started out well, and we were pleased with the early stages of listing our home. After that, our agent Christen Hall started to falter at every step. It seemed like we were at the mercy of everyone else in the buying process and didn't have anyone in our corner. Poor communication, lack of confidence, and a general feeling of being unheard by our own agent we're the hallmarks of our home sale. The broker even told us afterwards that our realtor was inexperienced as a seller's agent. I wish we had been more informed about Southbound before we started.

Negative experience: Christen Hall is one of the most difficult realtors my family and I have ever worked with. Hall became our realtor because she made many promises that she would later not keep. She is unreachable by phone, will not stand up for you as the seller, instead she does all she can to accommodate buyers, and finally she refused to show up to our closing. I have spoken with the owner of this realty company named Lindsay Cutshaw, and she stated that Christen is an unseasoned realtor who always has issues with sellers because of her lack of confidence. I wish Cutshaw had told my family this before sticking us with Hall, who did nothing but lower the amount of money we were able to sell our home for, and make us feel alone in the selling process, while simultaneously assisting the buyers.

Fantastic experience: After working with many agents over the years, we were introduced to Rachael Orlando of the Southbound Group. Rachael worked with us traveling all over the state looking for a unicorn in this crazy market and assisting in closing on a perfect investment. Rachael's kindness, personality, professionalism and tenacity are great assets to have as a realtor. On top of that, her attention to detail and deep resource pool assisted in avoiding unnecessary horrific expenses. When it came time for negotiations, she was there for us and represented our best interests. I always felt comfortable with our conversation and her representation. Often it is hard to justify the amounts paid in a real estate transaction. However, I feel that with the requirements presented and the amount of documentation, the hard negotiations and time spent looking at property, Rachael was underpaid for the value of her services provided. More agents need to work with their clients, like Rachael does. Honestly, Integrity, Respectfully, Accurately and Timely!

Negative experience: Not greeted and one of them said "This isn't the voting spot ". My husband said we are not voting. We are looking to buy a home. He left and while sitting in our car looking up other Realtors, one of them came out to apologize. We said we were going to write a bad review and find someone who wants to sell us a house.

Fantastic experience: I had decided to move back to my old home place and thought I'd sale the house on my own after I had recieved my appraisal. After trying this for about two months my wife insisted that I speak with a real estate agent. We had discussed a several and then we seen Tom's ad and approach. Thought it was worth discussing with him. He came out met us talk a while discussed any needs, questions, and concerns we might have that afternoon. I decided to give it a shot. He done some awesome pictures in the house and some very good drone shots from above. Once the house was listed we had showings the very next day with the last one putting in a offer. Fantastic experience: What do you say about a woman that helped make your life easier. Amanda Kilday is one of those one in a million women. She definitely knows East Tennessee every back road every piece of land that is for sale. She diligently sought-out homes for us. She would literally Drive hours to a house to show us. For she and us to decide it was not good structurally or others a good fit. She definitely knows her stuff. She wouldn't want a home for us that she herself would not purchase.
