Although I'm not financially able to purchase a home she still worked closely with me to help me understand the process and gave me the next steps that i need to take to get to where i can. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring compassionate person.

Negative experience: What a pathetic service received from Je.....Ke...er. She is the free rider. Wants everything free from other businesses. Do yourself favor and never approach her for nothing. She should be ashamed of herself calling a agent. No wonder why she has not won any award or recommended by others.

Negative experience: Used C21 for our move over to TN from out of state during the start of Covid. They were ok... we were all traversing a new way of life. We re-connected when selling over 5 yrs later. Realtors & their methods have changed drastically... they want your contract then they just disappear. I have never seen any more of a lack of self-respect for a job and it's responsibilities as I have from this team. We connected w/one realtor who was hurt in an accident, understandably we were handed over to another who was non-present... When we tried to ask for help, the company & 1st agent fell silent... We had a very easy sale: it 'sold' twice in less than 24 hrs, cash, full asking price, once to a couple who only saw it by photo... Weird, right that the realtor just stopped communication. That is who this company is. No responsibility to their customer. This is NOT a company I would ever recommend. My husband and I are grateful, though, that we found a responsible agent who owns her own company before getting caught falling down the rabbit hole with century 21, Greeneville, TN. Stay away if you want any type of proffesionalism or honesty.

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Century 21 Legacy, specifically George Francisco. We purchased land in Tennessee from another state. George treated us like family and went above and beyond our expectations. He checked on our property's condition several times without us ever needing to ask and followed up with very timely updates. We would give 10 stars if we could.

Negative experience: Dishonest, and won't fix things for MONTHS if they can help it, sometimes not at all. Will knowingly wait to replace central heat (which was all the house had) with my 1 year old daughter in the dead of winter. stole money from the deposit (after scrubbing the baseboards and leaving the house in spotless condition compared to how it was given to us). P.S. what they say about kicking you out when you ask them to fix one too many things is true!

Negative experience: "I've been dealing with Century 21 for almost two years, trying to get them to fix various issues, but it's been a frustrating experience. They often make excuses for why they can't help right away, leading to long delays. Honestly, they've proven to be pretty dishonest and unreliable. I'd recommend looking for someone else if you need help because they seem to go for the cheapest option available, which hasn't worked out well. It's better to work with someone who is upfront and dependable."

Fantastic experience: Jessica Lutz is nothing short of amazing! She will go above and beyond for her clients. She also tells it like it is so there are no surprises.

Negative experience: Girl who answers is usually Rude and offsetting. Asked to speak to a manager and she wasn't helpful whatsoever.

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! We are in a rental from them currently with a flooding basement. We realized this the day after moving in and have been notifying them for months now and nothing is being done. It’s creating an odor in the home. It will most likely eventually lead to mold. I have asthma and I’m pregnant and am stuck in this home because I can’t financially afford to leave after forking over $1800 to move in here. They ignore my messages. They don’t care about the health impacts or the fact that we are having to live like this. I’m completely miserable and don’t know what to do at this point. I found out recently that they were aware of this issue and never disclosed it to us. I can’t believe they would knowingly put a family in this home tied and stuck with a lease. I guess legal/media attention is next? This is so disappointing…

Negative experience: DON'T RENT FROM HERE. I spent almost 5 years at 1 of there properties. Left when I had the city come in and found 2 PAGES OF CODE VIOLATIONS! IT WAS DANGEROUS. Electric was illegal. Couldn't get rid of rats in basement that we weren't allowed to go into! They eventually got into the house. I gave them 6 months to fix issues but they never did. I had leaks the entire time I rented which turned to mold. Very unhealthy

Negative experience: Refuses to renew lease so they can kick you out when you ask for repair sending you a non renewal vacate letter even tho they refuse to renew....Secret 10 dollar charge for using your debit card and you can't pay cash. Rental team never responds. Owner lives in another country. Others in the unit that have lived there for 4 years said don't complain about things broke they will kick you out even if it's their responsibility. Asked for plumbing to be fixed got ignored for 7 months till I complained to go to Heath department. 2 weeks later notice to vacate the property. Always paid rent early. Kicked out on Christmas. Tenant wasn't joking about complaining. Contacted Brian McANUS with no response. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Merry Christmas to you as well century 21 I pray no one treats your children like this one day

Negative experience: We used Brian McAmis as our realtor. He recommended Bentley Home Inspection company to do our home inspection. We had some serious concerns about the septic system in the house after the inspection, and requested Brian have a plumber conduct a more thorough inspection of the system. Brian assured us all was well and if there were any issues after we closed on the house, he would help with any additional expenses. Brian had also recommended Chad to help secure the mortgage loan, and we started out with prequalifying with Chad, but later discovered Chad wasn’t the best option and we could save over $200 per month by using Navy Federal Credit Union, so we closed on the house using them. Brian was angry we didn’t use Chad and dragged his feet, blaming poor communication on Navy Federal, not himself. I had to forward all communication between Brian and our lender in order to close. After closing, our first night in our new home, after 3 toilet flushes and one shower, the septic system backed up into the shower. All septic pipes inside the house were clogged. $11,000.00 later, our septic system is working fine. I told Brian what happened and the total bill, and asked him how much he was “going to help us”. He sent me a text saying “good luck with that”. I gave him almost a year to offer us something, then let the manager at century 21 legacy know what happened. She said Brian would pay us a $1000.00. I told her Brian didn’t need to pay us a$1000.00, he needed to pay at least $5000.00, which wasn’t even half of the cost of repairs. Six months later, Brian has still not paid even one cent. He has shown us he has no personal integrity, nor does the office of Century 21Legacy.

Fantastic experience: I rent a property from century 21 & they are a really awesome group of people to have as landlords if we have ever had a problem they were fast to fix it or an issue they were there to help with what ever the issues was

Negative experience: Worked with a realtor over phone for several weeks in anticipation of buying property in the Greenville area. Drove 7 hrs and it was a total disaster. I did 99% of the leg work and when visiting properties he didn’t even have addresses for many of the sites. We ended up having to drive him around since his vehicle was a small truck. He got car sick so I had to sit in back. He was so unprepared. Stopped for lunch and then disappeared to the rest room when the bill came and was MIA for 10 mins. We ended up paying for his lunch. I could go on and on but it was a weekend from hell.

Negative experience: My son just moved into a home that was managed by this company. Apparently the unit was " inspected and cleaned" prior to him moving in. The house IS DISGUSTING! Not one spot in this home was cleaned! The heat pump filter hasn't been changed in about 3 years!! The walls still had tape on them from apparently decorations. All walls were full of cob webs! Windows, walls, counters, showers, toilets were FILTHY! Water heater area, not cleaned in years! garage - full of dog urine!! Apparently a dog had been locked in this home for an extended period of time! The back door walls had been chewed through! Century 21 said they didn't know they had a dog! Then exactly how are you checking on this property??As a landlord of properties in the tri-cities area, I would NEVER recommend this service! Nasty!!!

Negative experience: Do not rent from Century21 in Greeneville (Brian Mcamis) this company is a joke. Negative 1,000 stars rating from me. I rented from them 3 years, they would never properly fix anything, they let my family live in black mold, leaky roofs, windows that wouldn’t lock ( I had to put blocks of wood wedged in them just to feel safe). We finally had enough and left. Just stay away from this company.

Negative experience: They didn't bother to even respond - which made me feel very inadequate.

Positive experience: I was browsing properties and their site was great.

Positive experience: if you rent form them be sure to take pictures and notes BEFORE you sign the lease to protect your hard earned money when you decide to move out. I read other reviews about this company before we rented from them. Some good, some bad. Let's just say that Brian seems to be a very nice, respectful person that you can talk with. The rental staff , not so much. This is a poster they have hanging on the wall of their office....

Fantastic experience: I rent from Century 21 Legacy, and I highly recommend them! Any time I needed something fixed they had someone out by the next day. Someone came out every 3 months to spray for any critters. And I have the option to pay the rent three ways. 1. In office 2. By mail or 3. (my favorite) By their easy online fast to download app that I pay by phone! On February 5, 2020 the heavy rain that Kingsport,TN. had flooded the rental I had from them. They found my family and I a new home, and re-homed us into another rental all charges on them!

Negative experience: WARNING!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HARD EARNED INVESTMENT!!! This company allowed my home in Johnson' City to be trashed! I was lied to over and over about an inspection date. The tenants broke the no pet contract with no repercussions, there was even feces in last inspection report pics on inside of my home. People were living there that shouldn't have been and not on list, which I brought to management's attention and nothing ever done. These people did nothing, but collect a check and allow my home to be trashed. One of the brokers even made me sign release form before she gave me my security deposit. They also tried charging me for the enormous amounts of trash left in front, back yard and in home and storage shed! I am a Christian and have no reason to lie and wish I was leaving a positive review. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!

Negative experience: Listed a House way above comps. in the neighborhood that had been bought out of foreclosure and then flipped, accepted our offer, once the appraisal came back it was way less than our offer and would refuse to drop the price anymore, listed the house with a broken heat pump, leaking shower, and a broke toilet. Basically cost me a home inspection and appraisal for nothing! I hope the house sits on the market for months! This is a terrible was to do business as a realtor or as a seller!
