Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Katie Garrett! Funny thing though…she was not “our” realtor on the property my husband and I recently purchased in Fort White. We used a real-estate attorney and she was actually the realtor for the seller. And although it sounds strange, Katie made the whole experience of buying our new home so much easier! Our sale was a little complex with multiple lots, buildings and complex financial issues. Everything didn’t go smoothly there were problems in communications with the Title company. Fantastic experience: On the Saturday morning before Easter, some land popped up on the MLS. Katie was the listing agent. I contacted her and she answered immediately. I had some questions that she pleasantly, promptly, and knowingly answered. She advised us she would send some documents we needed, for our due diligence, the next day around 3-4. My husband and I decided to make an offer. She informed me on Easter morning that it was accepted and we were under contract. While I wouldnt have been mad at all about her not being available on Easter Sunday - she was. She sent over the documents just as she said. On Easter, yall. She takes her job seriously. She is the right amount of kind, welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. We had been searching for land for a year. Most “land” realtors seem to be so much less then available in my recent experience. She was anything but unavailable for the past 3 weeks. I had plenty of questions during the 3 weeks prior to closing and while she was the listing agent - she was respectful of his privacy and her loyalty to him but was just the right amount of “helpful” to us.
