Fantastic experience: We recently needed to list a property of ours but really had no idea which direction to go. Our agent, Romina with Horizion Realty, was amazing to work with. Always responded within minutes of our e-mails & texts no matter what time of day it was. Always had an answer and kept a very positive attitude. Negative experience: Terrible service. Had to change the contract 3 different times. I don’t understand why they can’t do things right the first time. A waste of mine and others time.

We had a non-traditional property for sale, which required a lot of extra calls to the county and extra time and effort on Kennedy’s part. She went above and beyond and we really appreciate everything she did. We highly recommend working with her!

Fantastic experience: Courtney Bays of Horizon Realty of Alachua "Well Done"! There are times that you deal with someone who goes the extra mile and you have to say to yourself wow that was a super nice experience. I can say Courtney answered a website "email agent" so quickly I was surprised and he didn't stop there. Through out the whole process he answered every email, text and phone call and there was plenty. We had issue after issue with the seller, the sellers foreclose lawyer and Courtney went over and beyond the call of duty. Fantastic experience: Joan Sroka really helped me out with my first time home buying Experience. As an Army Veteran I was not discriminated on at all and she helped me through the process flawlesly. I did see the unfortunate previous review and want to ensure that people can trust Joan Sroka and Horizon Realty, I think the previous person may just not understand that an agent cannnot accept or decline an offer only mediate the process. We are very happy with our home ini Columbia County and would definitly use her again and again.

Negative experience: Beware Joan Sroka doesn't like veterans and as the selling agent for a property I was going after. I feel she is discriminatory against veterans. After complying with all her wishes as the selling agent she still decided to go with another person even though we had a verbal agreement a day before and MY offer was first and as high as the other. She never came back and asked for best and final either which would have gained her client more money. Please don't deal with this agent or company. You will regret it.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Anderson helped my husband and l purchase 20 acres and she was absolutely fantastic to work with! We had some ups and downs during the loan process but she always put in 100% to get us to the closing table and we are so grateful for that. Fantastic experience: Jennifer MacCallum is the very best real estate agent that I have ever worked with both personally and professionally. My husband and I were looking for waterfront property. Jennifer and her husband Barry showed a us number of properties before we found the one we purchased. At each showing she was prepared with data concerning the home and associating areas. She made us feel comfortable speaking with her and trusting her with our home purchase. Jennifer is an fierce negotiator in this competitive market. Listening to her advice on how to structure the purchase offer with inspections and closings detailed is what allowed us to outperform other offers and ultimately won us our new lakefront home. Jennifer then scheduled inspections and helped us navigate all the details that comes with the various inspection reports. Our new home needed some serious work, and Jennifer was able to negotiate with the seller for additional funds off the cost of our home. Throughout out this whole process Jennifer’s kept detailed and open communication. We are so thankful to Jennifer, and Barry MacCallum for all their hard work. When the 1st place fell through in the neighborhood, I wanted Wendy was able to find another Condo in the same neighborhood! She stayed on top of all the paper and made the whole process very easy. Negative experience: I've never worked with a more useless unprofessional realtor in my life. Deborah Gerling is also a liar. Thankful the closing is done so we no longer have to deal with her. Sorry we had to pay commission. Will never recommend your sevices to anyone. You're better off doing your own house hunting and reporting the home repairs are completed to the financing and title company when they were not done is unethical. She tried to withhold our key to our house after paperwork was complete because you didn't like our attitude? You don't like my mother's kids? Because we don't like liars and sick of you and going to say how we feel about that? Extremely poor communication skills, every time we met up SURPRISE more paperwork or something we needed that we were not told about, nothing like driving 40 mins to find out I didn't bring something I needed. WORK WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY!

Negative experience: I was a first time homebuyer. My real estate agent Deborah was of no help at all. I ended working and setting up appraisal, survey, etc. myself with the help of the loan officer and title company. She had no references of who to contact, was no help at all. It was a horrible experience and the worst part was paying her commission for doing nothing!!
