Fantastic experience: I have dealt with many real estate agents during my 30 years of buying and selling real estate. Justin Itzen represents the top 5% of all agents dealt with. He is a wonderful asset to your transaction be it selling or buying. He is extremely in tune with your needs in what you are trying to accomplish with your sale or acquisition. He is extremely responsive and stays on top of the many issues that will pop up from time to time on a transaction. He is adept at problem solving and dealing with other agents to try to negotiate a successful transaction between both parties. He has my highest recommendation, and I give this to very, very few people.

Fantastic experience: I could not say enough positive things about Justin Itzen. Justin helped us buy a home in November 2021. We knew that we had quite a bit of time to find a home, but we wanted to get to searching for our dream home early on because the market was so competitive. Little did we know that before Christmas of 2021 would arrive, we would be moving into our dream home in Laguna Niguel. We seriously only put TWO offers on TWO separate homes within 25 days and closed on our house within 40 days of our initial meeting with Justin! Truly not many realtors can claim such successes, but Justin can, and he does it OFTEN! Justin was so professional, knowledgeable and patient. He always had an answer whenever we had a question, and being first time home buyers, we felt comfortable asking him all of the questions we were embarrassed to not know the answers to. Justin responded to all of our questions/listing/concerns in a very timely manner. He was always on time to meet us, and he truly valued our time. Justin is extremely well-liked and reputable in the Orange County area, which is an extremely attribute when trying to buy a home in a competitive market like we did. Every time I saw him interact with another agent, I could tell that the agent took a liking to him. This is essential when trying to build a relationship with the seller's agent when buying a home. He is extremely personable, and every interaction with him is enjoyable, truly! Justin was also extremely collaborative when making offers. We were able to create some pretty unique offers that set ourselves apart from other potential buyers. Did I mention this man helped us buy a home after only making TWO offers on TWO homes within the same month? He truly is a miracle worker. He helped one of our friends sell their home and buy a new one within the same month, so whether you are trying to buy a property or sell one (or both), you MUST work with Justin Itzen, especially if you are trying to do so in Orange County. I cannot say enough positive things about Justin Itzen, and we know that we will be working with again sometime in the future. ***Adding on to this review because only one and a half short years later, Justin ended up helping my grandparents sell their home - on and off the market in one month after a few very necessary renovations. The house sold above asking price! This man knows what he is doing!!!!!!

As a husband and father, selling the very first home you and your family have ever lived in, to “hopefully” find another in an extremely competitive market, was the scariest proposition. However with Justin and Polly at the helm, I was certain of a successful voyage. The sale of our home went as smooth as one could hope. They advised us of each step before it happened and what to expect. Their communication was outstanding. When it came to buying our new home, it was a competitive market to say the least. There were 17 offers on our new home in only 3 days on the market!! It didn’t even make it to the weekend or an open house. Justin advised us on how to separate us from the pack, and come out on top. We had our one and only offer accepted ✍ In a market like that, going 1 for 1 on offers was way beyond our expectations, or even our realistic hopes! Again, the purchase of our dream home was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. Negative experience: He didn’t bother to show up to show the condo to my realtor. I found out we had a pool and gym (9) months later. Also kept calling me Natalie my name is not Natalie. Finally various requests from the owners and I was chastised for asking about installs that had come with the house. Absolutely nightmare ! He also kept saying “this is what entails being a home owner.” Um I had owned a house with my husband for 16 years. Very condescending and unprofessional overall.
