Keyrenter Newport Beach Property Management

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience from start to finish. Don was incredibly helpful with showing us the property and made the entire approval and move in process quick and easy. He was always responsive, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Don made the whole experience simple and seamless. We really appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend working with him and his team.

Fantastic experience: So far, so good! I made the difficult decision to lease out my house. I knew that I did not have the skill set to do background, credit and income checks on potential renters so I turned to Keyrenter Newport Beach for help. Again, so far so good. Dan, Don, Joe and others have been honest about the few things I should fix for the best showings, they fairly priced and listed the property for rent. We're in the middle of finding a good owner/tenant match right now. I'll keep you posted how it goes. I have been super impressed with their attention to detail, understanding of the current rental market in my area, the willingness to meet and show the property to potential renters, and the confidence that they have given me that it was the absolute best decision to hire a management company to handle the whole process from beginning to the length of the lease(s). I'm really happy with the company principals and their approach to the process. Excited to find an awesome tenant thanks to them, and even more excited that they will be my partner for the life of the lease(s). I know that I made the right decision and chose the right company for the management needs!

Fantastic experience: Don is exceptional at his job; his breadth of knowledge of the market/ current conditions/ expectations/ understanding and listening is unparalleled to any experience I’ve had before. An absolute 10/10 experience! Thank you, Don!

Fantastic experience: DIY might be a less expensive way to rent your property but being protected personally and having a professional stay on top of your property.can ultimately bring you peace of mind and also increase your monthly rental income. Dan is very professional and knowledgeable. If you want peace of mind when it comes to managing your property, Dan is your man!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t personally used Keyrenter Newport Beach’s services, but I know several people who have and they’ve had consistently great things to say. Dan Borland is known for being responsive, professional, and really on top of the details. If you’re looking for property management you can trust, he’s someone I’d feel confident recommending.

Fantastic experience: Don Gilmartin and the team were fantastic. Despite my unique situation as a military reservist returning from an overseas deployment (affecting rental history, primary income source, etc) they dealt with all the hiccups promptly and without complaint. Highly recommend property owners use them to manage their properties because the make the tenant feel as important as the landlord.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience working with Don while searching for a home. We’ve met with quite a few agents during our search, and Don really stood out from the beginning. What we appreciated most was how honest and upfront he was about everything - the pricing, the AC, the pros and cons of each property, and what we could realistically expect. He never tried to sugarcoat anything or push us into a decision, and that honestly made a big difference for us. It’s surprisingly hard to find someone who is that straightforward and genuinely has your best interests in mind. Don was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, but most importantly, we felt like we could trust what he was telling us. We’re still figuring out exactly where our search will take us, but we’re definitely glad we met Don and will absolutely keep in touch. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who will be honest with you and truly help you navigate the process
