Fantastic experience: Andy Beiser made the experience of buying a home fun and memorable. I never thought buying a home could be so stress free. His team thought of everything, and we closed on our home with no surprises or hiccups. 10/10!!!

Negative experience: Never been a client and never will be, for two reasons: 1. They hired an unprofessional and questionable realtor. 2. Their responses to any review under 4-5 stars are full of deflection and excuses. Every issue? Somehow never their fault. While researching companies to buy a home, this one was an easy pass. I can’t trust a business that refuses to acknowledge mistakes or take accountability. We’re all human—own it when you mess up. EDIT: less than 12 hrs later and they find my social media and try to friend me? Creepy. Weird. Not normal.

Fantastic experience: Kelly Swoger was great to work with! She helped us buy our first home within 4 months. She was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process!

Fantastic experience: Blake Weiler is truly an amazing person to work with! He was very helpful with all of our questions! He helped us figure out what was best for our needs and wants. He was always willing to help us and show us new homes that were in our area! It didn’t matter what it was Blake made sure it happened. He was realistic with us and made it feel like he wasn’t just after a paycheck but cared about giving us the best we could get. We are truly thankful for him! We couldn’t have asked for someone better for helping us find a forever home!

While that wasn’t the one, she helped us close on our farmhouse and guided us through every step. Negative experience: I had Marsha weigel a while back. She was just very rude and pushy. She kept saying I need to make a higher bid to get this house. I found out not too long ago she basically had me and another client bidding against each other so she could get a bigger commission. I’m actually friends with the guy I bought my house from now and he told me about it. Marsha was actually bragging to my buddy about it.

Fantastic experience: The realtors at Beiser are on top of their game! From the moment you enlist them as your realtor, you can relax and let them do the work (except for packing, lol). Negative experience: I would not recommend this company. They Wasted two of my life. I will never get back. They wrote up an offer knowing that I wouldn't get it in the first place. The only thing I can think of. Make them look good to the seller.They really don't care whose time they're wasting. Bottom line is they're getting their commission either way.

In this market it is hard to get a house and we ended up getting the first house we put an offer on - all because Jenny was creative in her offer and it was clearly laid out for the seller. Bob came along to our home inspection and helped us understand everything. They both had great eyes as to what to look out for when home hunting, ideas on how to fix up the house. Andy, from the very first time we met, was a pleasant person to deal with. He is kind, honest, and professional, a straight shooter, and his crew is the same way, wonderful, pleasant people. Andy is a good listener. He wasn't just eager to have his name as a listing agent, and sit back and wait for someone else to sell our house. Andy and his crew had a positive "can-do" attitude, a necessity in any business. They were never pessimistic or negative. Whenever we had questions, he was always right there to help. Andy and his team took the bull by the horns and aggressively marketed our house. They thought outside the box and worked for my wife and I as if it were their very own house that they were trying to sell. Fantastic experience: Andrea was nothing but amazing. She was very communicative during the entire home buying process. She was able to work around our schedule for showings, made sure we completed all required paperwork on time, and also is just an overall great person and a blessing to work with.

Negative experience: I worked with Tina Attoe and honestly it was the worst experience she not only didn't do much to help us find a house we were looking for but she also tried pressuring me and my wife into paying way more than what we were willing to pay on a house. The last house that we finally went with during our showing there was a elder lady who had been renting the upstairs area for over 25yrs and they was a possibility at that time there was discussion of her wanting to continue to rent that area but Tina kept on implying over and over again that we could just kick the old lady out (mind you she had to of been in her late 70's early 80's ) despite me saying I wouldn't do that to the lady that would be wrong she just kept saying it she is very rude and has no respect for others she is beyond pushy all she cares about is getting paid at any cost hell she even tried to sell me her house off the record I don't know much about this company but if they all are like her well I high suggest to go through someone else just look at my picture she took usually people are beyond excited at finally buying a house but with me she killed the whole mood. The worst part about the whole sale is property got damaged by the seller and sellers realtor as well as "MY" realtor Tina Attoe tried to implicate that I was lying and finally after arguing enough about it the sellers realtor contacted the seller and verified that they damaged property and my realtor kept trying to argue for the seller trying to say they don't owe me anything im buying the house as is until I had ro point out the fact that I agreed to buy the house in the condition it was in at the time of the offer it wasn't until I threatened to cancel the closing date and withdrawal my offer that she finally spoke with someone about my request to pay for the damages
