Negative experience: Took my application fee for a house that I was the first applicant on, then told me they chose a better candidate. This was in March, fast forward to April, the house is still unoccupied. Ask for my application fee back because this is fraud

She was such a stand out realtor from so many others we'd met at open houses, that we decided to go with her a year later when we were ready to purchase our first home. She understood what we were looking for, and it showed in the homes she showed us. Anytime we had a question, she was there to answer. If she missed a call, we'd get a text two minutes later explaining why and how soon she would get back with us, which was always the same day. She worked with us through the entire process, including going over insurance policies that would be best for the area we were moving into. If we'd ever decide to sell and purchase another home, she's definitely going to represent us again!
