I thought I knew everything to consider but even for someone who has been through the process, it was wise to have them help me because they asked questions and provided guidance on things I would not readily think about. He also made the process easy. I just showed up when he asked and any questions I had he took care of them and provided quick responses. He also went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. On the final walkthrough, there was an item on the roof that was identified on the inspection "to-do" list that did not get fixed. He sent a roofer out there and had it fixed, and it did not affect me from closing a couple of hours later. That was going beyond what anyone would ask for.
