Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience with Osborne Real Estate Group. Garrett and his entire team truly went above and beyond for me during what could have been an incredibly stressful situation. When the buyer who wanted me out in 13 days unexpectedly backed out just two days before closing, and I had already scheduled movers for the next day and put down a deposit on an apartment I couldn’t afford to lose. Garrett and his team stepped in immediately. They handled an extremely stressful situation with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care, and made sure I wasn’t left scrambling. I felt supported, advocated for, and truly taken care of. I can’t recommend Osborne Real Estate Group enough. If you want a team that will fight for you, show up when things get hard, and treat you like more than just a transaction, I would choose Garrett and his team time and time again!

Fantastic experience: Garrett Osborne is professional, knowledgeable, motivated and dedicated to his clients. He did a superb job in preparing the townhouse my family was selling to attract interest and bring the highest possible price. He doesn’t sugarcoat the realities of the market, rather he informs the clients of the options and the pros and cons of each option. He is personable, friendly and always responsive to questions and requests. He is truly a 5-star real estate professional. You can’t do better than having him list your property!

Negative experience: Lanie Bumgarner scheduled to show my house today from 11:25 to 12:10. After loading up my pets and leaving she contacted my agent around 11:35 10 minutes late and requested 1:00 to 1:45 then contacted my agent again within minutes to reschedule yet again from 1:35 to 2:20. She finally stated to my agent that she has 15 showings today! Who does this! Very disrespectful and inconsiderate to not only me the seller but her own clients. Of course I said NO to any of the time changes after wasting my time! (UPDATE) I ended up taking my house off the market due to this being the second realtor as a no show. Especially when the business doesn't attempt to contact you and apologize. Not worth the hassle!!

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't thank Lanie Bumgarner enough, she's been with us since early last year as we've off and on looked around for a house but none of them felt right. After months of not really searching and our living situations changing soon I reached out again to her for the search. We finally found our home and I can't begin to express the words to describe just how much she helped us through all the processes and keeping us updated, even helping us find a last second lender with our original not fulfilling our needs in a loan. Definitely let them help you with your house search and definitely give Lanie a chance to help you out, the care and attention she's giving us through our year of on and off searching is second to none. Through many ups and downs, and some tears were eternally great full for everything she done for us and just how much she showed she cared for us.

Negative experience: Lanie Bumgarner scheduled an appointment at 9 to 10am on a Sunday morning to show our home, we said yes. She never showed, and didn't call. I guess she doesn't take her job very seriously. Maybe, this post will help her in the future.
