Negative experience: I would not recommend using this company. I got stuck with a realtor named Fran and she gave up my personal information when having a protective order in place that put my safety in jeopardy.

Fantastic experience: Crystal Gragg is an exceptional realtor to work with. She went above and beyond with helping us purchase our home a couple of months ago. The seller of our home was a little difficult to work with throughout the entire process. However, Crystal was there to help every step of the way, and eased our corncerns even on the day of closing. My husband and I are both grateful for everything she did for us with buying our dream home. We didn't just get a realtor, but we got a friend. It was truly a blessing the day our paths crossed and I could not recommend her enough.

Negative experience: They showed up promptly to show me a house I wanted to see, but I thought the agent was rude because he said we couldn't go inside the house because I had my service dog with me, plainly wearing a service dog vest. I also think the prices of their homes are extremely over priced.

Fantastic experience: Debbie Bullock Benfield is just the best! Referred by a friend, I could not have asked for a better realtor or person for that matter. She is just fantastic! I travel extensively, after months of her putting up with me and my schedule, she sold my house on the first day. I can't begin to say how much she went out of her way to take care of me. I will always remember her sincere caring and professionalism. Again, she is simply the best!

Negative experience: Like any other metro experience... You leave feeling slimey, and grimey.

Fantastic experience: I would without hesitation recommend Tiffany she was absolutely the best. She kept us in the loop of what was going on and she was always in contact with the other realtor as well as the lending company so that everyone was on the same page. From the beginning to the end of the process she was always available if there was a question to be answered or on to be passed along to the sellers. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Crystal Gragg cost us the sale of our house. She refused to answer emails and text. Please do not use this horrible agent. She has no idea what she is doing

Fantastic experience: Crystal Gragg was excellent, there were many problems involved with a foreclosure purchase. She was very professional and took care of every road block that came my way. Very thankful that I had chosen an agent with the knowledge and capabilities to overcome problems set forth by the sellers.

Negative experience: Realtor never got back in touch with me. I wanted to list three adjoining properties.

Fantastic experience: Amy Lockee We were referred to Amy, & her office, via another realtor in W. Jefferson. We were moving to Hickory from NJ. She was amazing! We would see things online & she would go scout them out for us & face time us to do a walk thru of the properties when we were unable to come down in person. After a few months of looking at properties, negotiating & planning, we were able to time the closing of our home in NJ to within a couple of days of the closing in Hickory. It wasn't the smoothest transaction, but Amy was instrumental in getting us into our new home, by smoothing out the bumps along the way. We can never thank her enough for everything she did for us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the Hickory area. She is very professional, knowledgeable, honest & our first new friend in NC.

Negative experience: Terrible. They would not return our calls and had to goto the office for information about a property.

Fantastic experience: Marty Pennell with Weichert Realtors Team Metro helped me find my first house. We went through a long process of looking at places and eventually decided to build. Marty was on top of things from the word go and was patient with me as I decided what I wanted in my first house.
