Negative experience: Read reviews before calling. One was not good, the other gave high marks and I knew the man (now deceased) who wrote the glowing report. Trusting his review, I phoned on a Friday mid-afternoon. Got answering machine but was told system could not receive messages. What?? Heckuva way to run a business. Moved on to Century21 down the street with satisfactory results.
