When we met with him he had already prepared a market analysis of similar properties in the area and we were comfortable with the asking price we arrived at. Fantastic experience: I have alot to say about my experience with Erik! But I will make it amazing and short. I meet Erik while my husband and I just walked into an open house that he was showing for a co-worker. Like the saying goes...right place at the right time. We were working with a different agent. Lets just say that was not working out. Did I mention we live in Chicago. As you can tell, I am a talker! So, I start talking with Erik and one thing led to another. I mentioned to my husband that I had a really good feeling about Erik and that I would really like for him to be our agent. So, I call Erik and asked him if he would be our agent (just like a marriage proposal). Lol And he said yes. I gave him my word that we would be in it for the long haul and he said he was ready for the challenge. (I could be a bit special) We saw about 30 houses in two days ,a weekend. Yes, 30 house, that was very stressful. But, Erik made it easy. I would text or email him any listing that I would find , Erik would respond that night or first thing in the early morning (6-7am) I was ok with the time. He would also scheduled for us to go see the listing the day of or the next morning. Erik was and still is always available to us. Erik and his extended team are amazing. He also has an amazing loan team. he can refer you to. They all jumped through hoops. They went above and beyond our expectations to help us to get our home.
