Fantastic experience: Deb is legitimately the best agent I have ever worked with. This isn’t my first time purchasing a home, but there were still some things I was confused on; Deb was always there to answer any questions I had and she explained things in a way that was easy to understand and in a gracious and patient manner. I never once felt pressured or intimidated bc I knew I had Deb on my side and I knew she wasn’t going to let me down. I also have social anxiety, so talking on the phone can be a nightmare for me. Deb had absolutely no problem texting me instead of calling me and I never had an issue understanding what she was saying through text. Fantastic experience: Gabriela Agostinelli and her team provided superb service to us during our recent sale of 21645 Defender. We have sold few homes in the past few years and had rented out some before. Often we we would “camp out” in a house to clean it up, patch it up, and get it on the market. A few years back Gabriela sold another house for us in Cox Run using a blend of old school and new school methods. This time we were out of state and had major health issues this Spring, so we could not follow our “camp out” model this Summer in marketing the Defender Street house. Gabriela got in to the house after a three and a half year lease. Unbeknownst to us, the tenant had not even replaced the air filter on the heat pump. Gabriela got in and spotted the all issues, and coached us on a market strategy: what to patch up and what to label as “as is”. This assessment was an important consideration in marketing this house. We worked with her recommendations on fixing the things above the cut line. She got the house staged after we fixed and cleaned some items, and then photographed. She got the publicity, she got the buyer traffic and quickly found a qualified buyer. The big challenge between finding the buyer and closing, is often the buyer’s inspection and the aftermath. We had been through this with her before in Cox Run and she got the same guys to make fixes in the crawl space and the attic, no cause for alarm. My wife and I have recommended Gabriela to our daughter who recently sold a house and we would recommend her to everyone who is willing to work with a competent realtor to get best value for their home.

You see I live in Texas and the home was in Lexington Park MD. I could not travel due to COVID restrictions so I was not able to prep the house for the market. Gabriela and her team assured me that she would take care of everything.  She cleared the home of furniture that remained and donated it to a local charity.  She recommended small changes that really increased the appeal of the house.  She worked with local contractors to repair the sheetrock, paint the entire house and upgrade the carpet in the bedrooms.  She even met the gas company to allow me to get the heat turned on. After all that, she took care of pictures and listing the house, and the home was on the market for less than 2 hours before we had two offers to consider.  The house not only sold extremely fast, it sold at 15K above asking price.  Gabriella went above and beyond for us and made it possible to sell the home painlessly even though I was thousands of miles away.
