They never batted an eye at our requests to view/ secure information and were able to get us into homes almost immediately. Fantastic experience: Working with Mike and Tina to sell our home was a great experience for us. When we met Mike we were instantly put at ease and knew we had selected the right people to work with. Mike let us know step by step how things would go and Tina sent us all the necessary documents, had photos of the house taken and created the listing. Fantastic experience: Having invested in real estate for the larger part of 2 decades, I've worked with a many Real Estate Agents & Brokers. It didn't take long to realize that most of them in the industry, despite them being a "buyer's agent" or "seller's agent", seemed to be focused on getting the transaction finished so they could collect their commission and move on to the next one, regardless of what was in my best interest. The most recent property purchased, this was exactly the case, with the Agent who was supposed to be representing my best interests, instead just trying to convince me to not worry about my concerns, and move along to closing. This is when I first met Mike, and was shocked to find that there were honest Agents in the real estate industry. As the other party's agent, Mike answered my questions more honestly and completely than the individual who should have been doing that, my own agent. Had it not been for Mike's willingness to be an honest broker and explain to us in detail how our concerns could be mitigated, that deal would have never happened. We now work with Mike & Tina for every real estate transaction we can. They are the first Real Estate Agents we have found who don't simply feed you what you need to hear in order to move ahead and get them their commissions. They can see the long game, and that involves forging genuine long-lasting relationships, not simply getting their commissions and moving on. They take an true interest in their clients and their goals, tell the truth regardless of whether it will cause a delay, and will ALWAYS act in the best interest of those clients. We feel fortunate to have found them, and are thankful we did!
