Fantastic experience: I told Mike how much money I wanted to realize from the sale. He instructed me on what could/should be repaired and remodeled to get the best price, but told me honestly he did not think I would get the price I wanted. Other houses in my area were selling for less and although some were selling for more, they had multiple updates. I put my trust in his experience and knowledge. He was upfront and transparent with no tricks or hidden fees. Mike gave me time to contemplate my financial situation and would touch base with me just when I was getting discouraged. Fantastic experience: We found Tom Harrison on Zillow in the beginning stages of looking for a home to purchase. Tom offered to take us to see a few homes, but none were correct. We did find a home and made an offer, but the home sold for way above asking price. We felt discouraged, but Tom helped us continue our search. We continued looking at homes, and then we found it. We did put a contract in on a home, and it was accepted. The process of inspections was complicated, but Tom was by our side the whole way. On 08/21/2020 we closed on the home, and have moved in. Tom Harrison was an agent that I can't say enough about. His attentiveness and non pushy sales approach was what stands out in the highest levels of customer satisfaction. My wife and I would highly recommend Tom as a real estate agent!!!

Fantastic experience: We started the process of finding our forever home with Mike at White Oak about a year ago(we were dragging our feet). Mike worked tirelessly to find a house with the land we wanted, style of house, living space and most importantly meet our budget requirements. Not only did he do that, but he had our current house listed at the right time. We sold our old house in less than two days at over asking price with little to no work on our end. On to the new house. After we had our house under contract Mike suggested a longer closing period to make sure we found what we wanted. We put an offer in on a beautiful colonial that had multiple offers. Mike constantly was in contact with the listing agent and did everything he could to land us our dream home. Our offer was accepted over the others because of the sheer persistence of Mike and the team at White Oak Home group. He guided us through inspections, the minor repairs, and saved us the most money possible.
