Fantastic experience: Ebony is the best. She makes the process easy and seamless. We put in a offer and 30 days later we were homeowners. She works with one of the best lenders name Spencer. He is awesome. Would recommend them 100% if your looking to buy.

Negative experience: This was my first home buying experience and it was horrible. I moved to Maryland from a different state and little did I know a good realtor was hard to come by. I gave this group specific instructions to not put me in a bad area or near areas with high crime. Thanks to co workers and online research and help from local law enforcement, I found out that the townhouse I was closing on was right next to Meade Village which is the projects. Long story short I ended up getting rejected for a house loan due to other factors that were supposed to be disclosed to my bank and I ended up losing my EMD due to the realtor stressing me to sign over my EMD when I specifically said I wasn't able to get the loan. This realtor did not care and saw an opportunity to make money off someone who had no clue about the area and the process and was just looking to make a quick buck. Overall, it was a learning experience and it would never recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: Mr McArthur is the best person that I have met.I Believe he was my Facebook friend. An I asked him could he find me a house out of lanvel towers. That place is really a hot mess.. So he told me yes. I did all the paper work with him and Mr Spencer. Lord before I paid my last payment. I had seen a home that I liked. Him sand Mr Spencer made it happen. Also Mr Jerome has a beautiful wife. She kind of made me cry she also was in on the opportunity with me. When they gave me my keys at the closing I was lost for words. But I had a moving company an got out of there. They explained everything to me with my sister Carolyn Putty help. Fantastic experience: October 2023 I started with McArthur Reality, at first I was stubborn and was looking for everything pleasing to my dreams. Fast forward March 2025 I had been living in my home for almost 1 year renting and the Landlord offered it to me at an amazing price. My first thought was call Ebony/Jerome McArthur and Spencer Bangert. The team was on top of everything from start to finish in June 2025 when I was officially a home owner and at closing 0 money down and I got money back. Knowing Ebony from high school gave me confidence to trust McArthur reality but our on going relationship from our first time homebuyers seminars and continued connection through phone calls, emails,and texts made it better to take the journey. I didn’t qualify for much as a first time home buyer with student loan debt but Ebony continued to encourage me and worked hard to find me something that fits me and my family needs. She was very knowledgeable and kept me abrupt with every step of my home buying process. She answered my calls no matter what time of day or night it was to discuss my fears and concerns.
