Fantastic experience: We spent two years targeting one specific neighborhood in Livermore, and Brenda is the reason we actually live there now. I knew from my first conversation with Brenda, I wasn't going to bother calling other realtors. There's a lot of work involved in selling your home. From the day I called Brenda to say "sell it" to the day we excepted an offer took just three weeks. This included painting, staging etc before the first and only open house. During the whole process I nicknamed Brenda "On It" meaning she was 'on it' ASAP over every little detail involved in selling your home. We didn't miss a beat. Our sale was completely seemless.
