Fantastic experience: I contacted Jake to set up a meeting to ask questions but not ready to sell my home. I have known Jake for several years before he became a realtor. I've personally seen the way he interacts with people. He has a cool, calm trusting demeaner and always speaks with knowledge and kindness. The education field lost a great teacher, but home buyers and seller gained a wonderful realtor. Jake arrived at my home on time and fully prepared with a personalized book about my home and what he and his team would do from day one up to a closing date. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. Jake knew I was flying to TN the next day to see a home I fell in love with. He gave me some pointers and told me that if I needed help on making an offer, he would be willing to help me over the phone. That blew me away! Before I flew home, I told Jake “I'm ready to sell”. He answered all our (rather excessive) questions whenever we needed him, was great/VERY fast at communication throughout the entirety of the process.
