Fantastic experience: We have been trying for six years to buy a piece of property. From California and now to Oregon, all the odds were stacked against us. We needed a piece of land to grow our farm business ideas, and that meant leaving California and coming to Oregon! Just as we have gained our footing with a job and rental, the fires hit southern Oregon Major freeway I5 and burned away the towns, Talent, and pheonix from Ashland to Medford! So many were without homes and we were just now entering the market. What a ride! Property value skyrocketed, and we’re not rich and only had 350,000 to work with from the lender. Since we wanted property outside of town we were in a pinch. Most places weren’t loanable because of the age of the manufactured home or they were in decline and wouldn’t lone. One realtor we had already tried denied us an offer on a place only 20,000 less than asking because “the market is hot “. She refused to put an offer stating it made her look bad to the other realtors to lower from the asking price. She was not there to help us! She didn’t care that a place in town was not what we wanted and kept sending us listing we weren’t interested in or sending none at all! Well Staci Drewien was sitting in my in box Sent two years ago froma Zillow inquiry. She had sent me listings for two years so I thought I would give her a try. There were a couple places that we couldn’t offer on for various reasons but she made sure that we understood that. A propertycame along that had been on the market for a little while and had come down in price, yet still a little out of range. I asked her if she could offer our top amount from the lender and she didn’t hesitate or give any excuse but said “yes let’s see”! That’s all it took! Fantastic experience: Staci listed our property on Cherry Lane in Medford. In addition to the standard "For Sale" sign Staci had a bill board placed and a drone video produced. The property was on the market for about a month before receiving an offer which was really great for bare land. Before listing the land we carefully considered the initial sales price, Staci's understanding of market really helped us sell this unique property efficiently. Besides that Staci was absolutely great to work with.
