We had an extrarordinary item (never want to hear a title company agent say "I've never seen that") pop up during this process that the team handled to perfection. So thankful for her experience, thoughtfulness and execution. And to top it off, she gave us a very thorough checklist about go-forward items that went well above what an ordinary realtor would provide. Highly recommend her!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with Jodi as the other reviewers had. I did not feel like she listened, and completely ignored my request to list two months before she actually did. I believe this was in part the reason why my house was not sold as the Texas housing economy took a turn. Being an out of state seller, the communication fell completely short, she attempted to fix this via a weekly text. I expected more from a realtor, and have gotten more with previous realtors. I do not believe that she had my best interest at heart. The end of our relationship was no better when she delivered the key to the wrong house.

Fantastic experience: Jodi went above and beyond to make our move so much better than we could have ever imagined. Her years of experience was very evident with all the twists and turns she helped us through to get our house finally closed. She is amazing and a wonderful person too!
