From the perspective of a seller, the entire transaction was a breeze. Our agent, Blake Lufburrow, helped us identify a price point which ensured the property would generate interest. Blake and his team aggressively marketed the property by hosting two open houses and ensuring the property maintained a notable presence on third party websites. As we approached the closing, a problem developed with the deed on one of our lots. Within a week Blake had located two generations of owners and had everything lined out prior to our closing. We found Blake to be quite knowledgeable in regard to the local real estate market and how best to approach the unique situations created by today’s economy. Blake ensured we were kept informed of all activity and provided a voice of reason.
