Fantastic experience: My partner and I worked with Patrick Dorrian to sell our house in Des Moines. Patrick was very knowledgeable, upfront about any potential concerns or issues, and easy to reach concerning the process and answering any questions we had for them. Patrick provided many recommendations regarding repairs, maintenance, and yardwork to get the house in its best shape for showing. They were knowledgeable about estimated costs & contractors to hire, even personally got some quotes for any work that might have needed done. We never felt pressured to really invest in anything and they personally invested their time and sweat to do a few odd jobs to prep the house for sale. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best in the business. Back in 2019 when I was a first time home buyer I did not have a realtor. I made a post on a local fb page and asked for recommendations. Immediately my inbox was flooded with realtors asking to work with theme initially I picked the first person in my inbox and looked at a few houses with the guy and quickly realized the process to that person was strictly transactional. There were many flaws with the property which I didn’t notice being a first time home buyer. Some insight and feedback from that realtor would have been helpful, luckily I didn’t buy and luckily I found Bryan York. The house I did end up purchasing was a beautiful home in Beaverdale. With Bryan’s knowledge of the area he suggested to me to get a sewer scope done on the house. He told me it was $200 or so to get it done but due to the fact the house might have orange burg it would be worth the $200 dollars in case the house had it. I paid to have that service done on inspection and the inspection came back the the sewer lines needed replaced. This was a $12,000 job that the homeowners knew needed done but since it’s not something required to look for in an inspection the home owners were hoping it would get looked over. Through negotiable the home owners paid the $12,000 for the new sewer line thus saving myself $12k. The attention to detail and his knowledge of houses in my area saved me money. I admire the way he handles his business and his professionalism. He’s extremely honest and i always recommend him whenever anyone asks about a realtors. The random giveaways he does every year and the Xmas party with Santa pictures is an added bonus for the kids as well. In a time where everyone just wants to make a buck at the expense of someone else it’s nice knowing there are people like him who do things the right way.

Would not recommend any other team for a homebuying experience! They are family at this point! They go above and beyond and check and double check to make sure needs a d wants are met in a timely fashion!

I placed on online inquiry and immediately heard from Monica. Monica was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. When we got to our first house, Bryan just let us respond to it.
