Fantastic experience: Patrick was awesome the whole process, and it was a long process. He was great with communication and always available whatever time of day we needed him. I would highly recommend this company to save you thousands from the overpriced realtors out there. They saved me around $40k vs if I went with a realtor. Use them! They do an excellent job.

Negative experience: Google really needs to add an option for ZERO stars! Absolute worst experience buying and selling our houses with this Absolute JOKE of a real estate company! Patrick Doheny was the laziest, most dishonest realtor I have ever seen. Gave the most vague answers to questions, if he even answered our questions without just saying "we are not allowed to make any comments or answer questions that could possibly sway your decision in buying/ not buying the property" over and over throughout the entire process no matter how many new properties we looked at, same response to all our questions. He made absolutely no effort whatsoever to sell our old property. Was absolutely no help at all during the negotiations on the new property, wouldnt even offer suggestions of things to ask for or offer up things other ppl have done in the past, nothing. We were listed on the market for over 11 months!? In Des Moines Beaverdale neighborhood!? Do NOT fall for their gimmicks!!! If your property isn't enough commission for them, you will get subpar effort! They only care about the rich ppl of IA and their 500k properties or higher!

Fantastic experience: Had excellent working relationship with Next Gen realty & Patrick in particular. He was responsive, professional & easy to deal with. The sale process was remarkably smooth & quick. And Mr Doheny fulfilled all his commitments - well pleased with the experience.

Negative experience: We used Brook as a dual agent when we bought our new home. She was honest upfront with negotiations and played fair but her communication was poor and she made us wait an hour at closing to receive the keys to our new home.

Fantastic experience: Rob is great, we had a tight timeline 45 day close or we would have to get a bridge loan which would have cost us thousands. Not only did we get multiple offers in the first week we actually got what we were asking for our house which exceeded our expectations. He was there guiding us through the closing process which made it easy. We haven’t moved in 22 years, he did the same thing with our other house, saving us money on both, I won’t use anyone else to sell my house.

Positive experience: Rob Doheny of Next Generation Realty got my home on the market and sold in less than 2 months. The pictures he took and placed on the website showed off my home at its best. Rob took care of all the paperwork and thoroughly explained any questions I had regarding taxes, deeds and what would happen regarding the sale.

She is beyond knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond throughout the selling & buying process. She is very responsive to messages, and made a know to be stressful process, stress free! Negative experience: **edit based on response: I'm a first-time homebuyer with little experience or knowledge in the real estate world, and this review is based on that background. Thanks for proving my second point, though. Brook is great in person. She's personable and intense in a way that makes it seem like she gets stuff done. She was also late or didn't show up at all to every meeting we had planned, was hard to get in touch with, and lacked follow-through on things. I was a first-time homebuyer and was looking for more guidance than I received in any of the process. I'm hesitant to even leave a review given the response other reviews have received, but hopefully this helps someone else. Not the realtor you need as a first-time homebuyer.

Negative experience: Very unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of.

Positive experience: Our listing agent suggested we list our home for less than we thought our house was worth. He allowed us to list at our higher price and we received an offer within days for above asking.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best place to go if your looking to purchase a home I bought and sold my house through them when I sold my house I got alot more money than I thought I would out of it and when I was looking for a new home I got everything I wanted plus some!! I will definitely be using again in the future!!

Negative experience: I have had a horrible experience purchasing from Brook and I am now seeking litigation. I recommend you stay away from Brook and Next Generation Realty. Breech of contract. I would love to know who signed this Brook? She hasn't been truthful about several things about this home.

Fantastic experience: What a great weekend, two months ago I decided to sale my house that I owned for 13 years, I figured I could do it on my own so I tried to sell it myself. I am a salesman and business owner so why can't i sell my house I know what I did to it to make it better. Well I sold it in 3 weeks I was super happy wow look at me. Then at closing I had the wrong law firm representing me, they dropped the ball didn't get the paper work done that needed to be done. So my buyer was worried it was falling apart because they needed to move in on friday, they have no where else to live, so as a nice person I am I told them go ahead and move in on friday, we will figure it out next week. I thought we were moving forward until I got an email from the buyer saying they found another home that they may make an offer on. As soon as I got that I then realized my lawyer didn't have the best interest for me, and that the buyer didn't have the best interest either so who has the best interest for me. NO ONE!!!! Thats when I found Brook Noel Doheny from next generation reality, I am so happy I found her. She found out what happen to me, she was like this is what I am here for. I am here for the buyer make sure they get what they want or need have their best interest. This was awesome to hear that she actually cared for me. This all happen last Thursday June 3rd the deal fell through, I called Brook Noel Doheny by Friday June 4th my house was back on the market. BAM!!!! On Sunday June 6th, I was on Saylorville lake doing a boat tour from Party on the Lake LLC #boneislandadventures I get a text from Brook to call her asap we have an offer, HOLY COW already. It was for asking price so I took it stupid not too. Get this I sold it at a lower price remember the one that fell through she sold it for more which means I made more money on this deal. Moral of this story is to use a realtor they are professional for a reason. I suggest you use Brook Noel Doheny as your realtor its a flat fee the money I save by hiring her is $10,000 yes you read that right $10,000. Thats how much more I made on her deal then me doing it but the fee for 7% plus all the other fees they tack on I made a lot. It took right about 48 hours for her to sell with the market the way it is if you are kind of thinking to sell do it and Hire Brook Noel Doheny with next generation realty. When you do hire her, tell her Brenna Young or Captain Young from Party on the Lake told you to go with her.

Fantastic experience: Words can not express the gratitude I have for Brook and her dedication to selling my house. I had a job in Estes Park and had my house on the market to move there last May. Then COVID hit and the job was eliminated. I work in healthcare so my life has been a whirlwind ever since. After we met with Brook, she had our listing up quickly and was showing the house the same day it was posted online. When we received an offer on the house, she was able to get us a better price than we expected. Communication was difficult at times, but Brook provided us with all of the important information we needed to close on our home. She even took the time to deliver the closing check to our home. We appreciated Brook's go-getter type personality in getting our house sold.

Negative experience: Horrible. Don’t do it. This self proclaimed Brooke Dohney, the best, #1 agent, is a liar. Terrible communication, no planning and false accusations. She will take the time to post false information on social media rather than spend the time trying to sell your home. Horrible ethics, she and the agency should be ashamed.

Negative experience: These reviews are FAKE!!! trust me! I know first hand what this place is like. They will take advantage of you if you are disabled, wont let you out a contract, and they are NOT part of any Realtors Association. You will not be on the MLS. Do your research! Please.

Negative experience: Quite a few hidden fees that were not mentioned and then a major price charge that the realtor laughed about when we pointed it out. She did fix it- but I don’t see what is funny about a thousand dollar mistake when you are selling your home.

Fantastic experience: We listed through Next Generation Realty and sold our house in 7 days. Autum Dooley was our realtor and we were so impressed. Autum responded quickly to all of our questions and got things going for us as fast as we were willing and ready to go. We wouldn't hesitate to call her again if we needed a realtor.
