She looks after your personal needs and pointed out details that we’d oversee and reconfirm us with lots of useful details so we won’t invest too much unneeded energy. Throughout the house hunting time, she was always besides us, listened to our needs, pointed out undesirable conditions. For example she asked us if we really don’t need a kitchen hood in a house, and double confirmed rental cap details. She also consulted financial details when we need suggestions for example we at last decided to not stay near lake where HOA is raising the monthly payment. All in all, she cares about how we would like living here, and the result is that - we enjoy where we ends up purchasing.
