From fine-tuning my search criteria, flexible showing scheduling, pointing out positives/negatives of each home, and even helping me through the lender approval process. The only reason I was able to lock in the house that I purchased was because Robert was able to set up an appointment and help me put the offer in 3 hours after the house was put on the market. With the state of the industry you need a realtor that is willing to meet you the day things come to market. I had a different agent before Robert and by the time she was willing to set up an appointment to see a home, it would already be contingent or under contract. In my opinion Robert is the best realtor you can get in the area, he will help you navigate the intricacies of purchasing a home, and he truly has his client's best interests at heart.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to work with Robert on a previous home purchase, I made a mistake and hired another realtor as kind gesture...needless to say after my home was on the market for a month with zero showings with the other realtor I terminated my contract and called Robert.
