Fantastic experience: These folks in here really are the best. I had the pleasure to speak with Matt and he's a really stand up guy. My guy and I have been traveling in our RV and we ran out of water for our showers and such. After trying a few gas stations for a water spicket and being turned away, we tried the Walgreens next to their building, but to no avail. After we discovered that their building has multiple spickets, we decided to walk in and ask if we could use one. We were immediately greeted with the kindness and generosity that is, unfortunately, a dying thing. We didn't use them for business but these are the types of people that I'd look to for all of my realty needs.

Fantastic experience: I hired Steve Scheppe for the sale of a lake front cabin in 2021 and the purchase of a condominium in 2024. The cabin was in excellent condition but did not have modern amenities. There were plentiful showings and an offer I accepted that fell through in September. I had no hesitation to re-hire Steve the following summer of 2022. Again, there was a lot of interest in the property, and an offer that I accepted that closed. Steve was an excellent negotiator and tactful with some compromising issues with this sale. In September of 2024 Steve arranged for me to see three condominiums in one half day. On the same day he wrote an offer for one of these condominiums. I relied on Steve to formulate the offer; the amount, terms, occupancy, and inspection. He assumed a lot of responsibility for me as my primary property is downstate. The offer was accepted and I had occupancy in under a month. He is honest, ethical, has superb communication skills and can anticipate potential glitches and be pro-active. All that and he is a genuinely kind family man.
