Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sharon Neuhofer PA as a realtor. I knew nothing about selling a house and she took the time to educate me. She was realistic in establishing a selling price and adjusting it. She stayed in touch with me and gave me feedback when buyers looked at my house. After there was a contract, there were bumps in the road. She handled them well and we went to closing as scheduled.

Fantastic experience: Kathy went above and beyond with getting us last-minute showings during a hot time in the market. She also helped us write a winning offer when there were several offers on the home. She guided us through the whole process, scheduling services on our behalf and even helping us get an appraisal re-evaluated. I never saw it in person until I got the keys. This was only possible due to the extreme diligence of Ms. Campbell. She measured ceiling heights and room sizes, took extensive videos and even filmed the engineer’s inspection so that I could ask questions. She has also provided trusted advice to me post closing. Negative experience: I called Vera Owen per her listing for a mobile home that CAN be moved from the park. She was very condescending, rude, and argumentative during the conversation. I purchase residential and commercial real estate around Washtenaw and Wayne Counties and deal with real estate agents on a daily basis....never in my 20 years of experience dealing with the real estate industry have I encountered such unprofessionalism. I was looking for a home to put on private land while I have my home built, along with a friend that was looking for a home in Traverse City. Therefore, she lost 2 cash sales....
