Fantastic experience: So many reasons why I would recommend Jamie and Pierroz Real Estate Group for anyone looking to purchase a new home. The following are a few key reasons to call out for those looking for a new agent, as well as giving credit to her and her team for the support they provided me: One note regarding my home search was that I was looking for a home in a different region than I had previously lived. This is to provide some context to my points below. 1) Jamie was always available and extremely responsive. Our communications ranged from text, to calls, to emails, to zoom calls. She was flexible and always accommodating to my busy schedule. 2) She was very attentive to me and my wife's needs. She also helped guide us to consider our deal breakers or must haves vs nice to haves. This resulted in us getting very good targeted homes and never felt like anything she presented was off the mark. 3) Jamie was able to connect us with a very good local lender in (Katie Pastor Trinidad) that she works with, which not only streamlined the process and made things smooth, but allowed me to essentially close in 14 days. I highly recommend this lender and further speaks to the relationships Jamie has build to assist her clients. 4) Her team and process are effective, efficient, and mature. Jamie and her team really did assist us from beginning to end. From thinking about homes that fit our needs, to coordinating with our lender, providing great inspectors, to even post purchase support regarding home renovations. 5) Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Jeromy Pierroz, her husband. As I was viewing homes remotely, Jeromy was the one who performed a virtual walkthrough of the house. His background in construction was instrumental in him being able to note key aspects of the house to us for consideration. Things that we may not know or naturally think about...good, bad, or indifferent. He was so knowledgable and helpful, I hired him as a GC to oversee renovations at our newly purchased home before move in. Overall, highly recommend and will absolutely use them again on our next home.

We listed on a Thursday, had open house that weekend, and by Tuesday noon we had four good offers. We got paperwork to sign the same day decisions were made. Fantastic experience: Jamie has been such an incredible realtor throughout our whole experience in so many way. Firstly, when we started home shopping every house we toured had a realtor shoving their cards in our hands and being really pushy and annoying or too quite and shy. When we met Jeromy (her partner) we liked him instantly! He wasn’t pushy, gave us space, was laid back but also had lots of great ideas to give. The first time we spoke with Jamie on the phone we knew we wanted to work with them because it was clear she was knowledgeable and would fight for us. And she did just that! We soon found a house we really liked and we absolutely would NOT have gotten it without her fighting for us! Because of her we were able to beat out a cash offer that was offering 5k MORE than us! While in the process of purchasing the house we were also in the middle of selling our out of state home and there were many complications through the buyers of that home that would have caused issues for us here if it wasn’t for Jamie. I still can’t believe we were able to buy a house we wanted in California within our first month of moving here. Besides all of that, which was worth it’s weight in gold already, Jamie has been kind and gone above and beyond with her customer service and support. My husband and I are picky when it comes to working with people and initially weren’t even sure if we wanted or needed a realtor and now I can’t imagine buying or selling a house without involving Jamie! Finding her was a home run.

Waited out in rain 45 min past our appointment time. I would never use a agent like him. The main reason for the review is because the agent was rude and inconsiderate of the line of viewers. He asked for 5 more min and turned it into 25 mins. He decided to have a talk with his client in the kitchen while everyone was waiting to view the house instead of going out by his car like considerate agent do. When he left he said we had to wait also. I get the times over lap but when you book a viewing for 30 min stick to the 30 min not 45min. It's people like your agent that creates the longer wait times. And gives agents a bad rep. He was just low class.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had Jamie as our realtor when we bought our home recently and she was AMAZING! She found us a beautiful home that we absolutely love and got us all of our appliances included from the builder which was totally unexpected! Such a huge savings for us! She provided an awesome move in gift that came with essentials that definitely came in handy on move in day and even had pizza delivered our first night in the new house.
