Fantastic experience: We met Brett when we went to view a house a few doors down from us. We were looking to move my mom a bit closer to me, so it was worth looking at. Unfortunately it sold quick, but Brett didn’t abandon us. We came up with a plan to list my mom’s house for sale and start aggressively looking for something for her to buy at the same time. A combination of luck, and skill on Brett’s part, and we were in contract to sell her house and in contract to buy another one within a few weeks.
