Fantastic experience: Mike and Jess at Hearth and Key Realty were unbelievably helpful and by far the easiest team we've worked with. Having spent over two years trying to find a home with various realtors, this was easily the best experience we had. They were with us every step of the way. When we came within a week of closing and suddenly had to change lenders, they provided us with excellent recommendations for local lenders. With any issue that arose, we knew that they were in our corner and working hard to get us back on track. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for responsive, knowledgeable, and patient realtors.

Negative experience: Good morning I am putting in this review but everyone to see that hot and tea realtor company has one of the most hateful Realtors that my wife and I have ever done business with, as we were looking to buy yet another property read email in regards to property that was presented on marketplace we were told that unless we pre-qualified with a specific mortgage company first she wouldn't waste her gas to even show us the place when we responded to that she also sent us at least four which we have of the lousy smart ass comments like we were nothing. I told her I had many contacts and had a specific mortgage company in mind what was not going to qualify until we found a home we wanted, instead what we received was multiple smart ass comments from this realtor who told us she wouldn't waste our gas to show us the property I can't imagine a company supporting a real estate agent of this sort. My wife has worked in the real estate world selling homes as well as banking and lending world and is very well aware what it takes to purchase a home. We just wanted to see the home and she told us because we did not want to pre-qualify that we probably did not qualify even though we are 100% fully qualified. We have money in the bank and very strong credit scores. She knows what kind of credit score is needed. what kind of debt to income ratio is needed, and I know what kind of money down is needed. Again she is a professional and we both take pride in how we handle our finances and our credit. All we wanted was information. I thought that's why things were advertised. How incredibly demeaning she was. We will never have a good word to say about heart and key because of her. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate enough to be able to work with Jess and Mike during our search for a new home in Maine, and we highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: We were lucky to have Mike and Jessica Emmert as our realtors last July when we were shopping for a new home. The housing market in Maine is horrifying for single family buyers and if you don't have a bulldog realtor you'll be waiting a long time to find a house. Mike and Jessica sent us new listings and set up showings on a nearly daily basis for weeks. We made multiple competitive offers on several homes and we're continuously outbid. We were discouraged and stopped looking after almost a month. But Mike and Jessica continued to gather listings for potential showings for us and when we asked after a few weeks to set up new showings they had several ready to go. In the end we had our home within a couple months of having the Emmerts as our realtors. The only realtors I've ever worked with that were more motivated to find us a home than we were.
