Fantastic experience: I've never used Jim's expertise but I'm a neighbor to his property and he's so respectful and very personable! He cares about his neighbors getting piece as well as his tenants. If he's this respectful to someone that doesn't rent from him, I'd imagine he is just as respectful to his renters. Customer service isn't what it used to be but he's still great at customer service when others aren't.

He wants nothing more than to help and is always available and will always get back to you asap if he can’t pick up straight away. Fantastic experience: Best Realtors out there, Jim and Trish sold our house in 2 weeks, helped us find a new one in this crazy market and made it so we were able to occupy it before closing. They dealt with the tears and our fears with ease and always had the answers and were able to calm us down during this process. We really could not have done it without them. They were willing to show us homes last minute and worked with my crazy schedule to get all things done with both selling and buying a new home.

Fantastic experience: Jim and Trish are AMAZING! They helped my husband and I find a house after looking at a lot of houses. Answered any question I had. Walked me through every step of the way. Stayed in constant contact with us, kept me informed. Just all around genuine people. Very very friendly. After we moved in we had a few issues with the house. Jim and his team paid out of pocket for a plumber to come in and fix what issues could be done that day. The hot water tank in the house was too small and not allowing for hot water in high water Flo devices. Jim and Trish worked diligently in trying to get this resolved for us. After Jim trying to reach out to the sellers realtor to no avail he stepped up and bought us a brand new bigger hot water tank out of his own pocket! He wanted to make sure we were 100% happy in our new home and he went above and beyond to make that happen. I don’t know of any other realtors that would help someone like that once the sale is done but I will say he has been a real blessing. We are so very thankful for everything. Not just the hot water tank but everything in between. I promised Jim that we would never ever move again and he said you come talk to me in 15 years. Well if we ever decide we want a different house we will use Edgeworth. The entire staff is amazing and I would recommend these guys to everyone I can that wants to buy or sell a home.
