Fantastic experience: They are the best. Affordable rentals, walked me through each step and showed me better rentals that were still in my price range. I was looking at a tiny little studio apartment and ended up with a house for the same price. And they work with you when times are hard. Ask for Jennifer. She is the best!!! Will always recommend Garden Gate real estate!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing! I had a family emergency where I had to get a place asap and the team handled everything in a timely manner, with a friendly attitude and with understanding. I appreciate the whole team here! Negative experience: Highly recommend finding literally anywhere else if you have the option. Garden Gate is a low-income property management company, and unfortunately, they bring the professionalism to match. Maintenance requests get ignored, communication is a constant mess. They’ll also interrogate your guest about whether they live there….. (And we’re not talking an overnight stay, just a few hours is apparently enough to raise suspicion) You’ll constantly get threatened with vacate notices over expectations that were never clearly communicated, only to discover those expectations seem to change drastically depending on who they’re talking to and if they feel like enforcing them. And then there’s the grandson…… Sharon (the landlord) seems perfectly comfortable letting her grandson essentially do whatever he wants. Despite countless police reports involving drug use, assault/battery, racial slurs being yelled at neighbors, and just about everything else you could imagine. In the year and a half I’ve lived here, I’ve personally witnessed at least three vacate notices go unenforced. Whether you’re a property owner considering Garden Gate to manage your property, a potential buyer of property, or even a renter looking for somewhere to live: FIND.SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Seriously. And don’t just take my word for it. Ask around the Casper real estate community about Garden Gate. They’ve built quite the reputation, and Sharon’s name comes up more often than you’d expect for her… quirks. Do yourself a favor and don’t risk your investment, potential home, or living situation with these duds. There are plenty of property managers out there who can handle the job without the incompetence, inconsistency, and double standards.

Negative experience: They put me and my daughter on the streets right before xmas and they did it in a dirty way. They are about the money that's it
I am sorry you feel the need to post this negative, unfactual review. I have searched records back for many many years and you do not come up in the system as a past tenant. So I am not sure if you are posting under a fake account, or posting for someone else, or just posting a fake review for who knows what reason, however we truly do try to help anyone we are able to help. That being said we are contractually obligated to the property owners. We rarely have to "put people out" and we especially would not seek out to intentionally give a notice to vacate at Christmas, so that being said it makes me believe that this is a fake review or if you are posting for someone else the review is misinformed. Additionally, "they did it in a dirty way", is beyond false, we take the necessary steps required by law for non payment of rent. If you dont pay rent, and you have not communicated to setup a payment agreement, or you have defaulted on your payment arrangement then you get a 3 day notice to pay the amount due, or quit and leave the property, if you dont pay and dont leave within the legal timeframe then we will start the eviction process with our attorney which then they schedule for a court date for you to come and talk to the judge, and explain yourself. As for "being about the money" we are contractually obligated that when a tenant signs a lease and obligates themselves to pay rent, on time, in exchange they are able to reside in the rental property, unfortunately if rent is not paid, or not paid on time, the tenant is not able to stay in the property, and we have no choice but to provide a notice to pay or vacate. That isn't a one off specific to our agency, that is a general rule for every rental property, and every agency. We are happy to discuss this with you (or whoever) further, please give us a call.

Fantastic experience: This team is honestly amazing. I was in a horrible situation dealing with mold and mushrooms growing out of my wall and they not only helped me but they have welcomed me and my fur babies with open arms. They walked me through my lease and made sure I understood what I was signing. They toured multiple places with me and did not make me feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience. Jen and her team are extremely sweet and extremely understanding. On top of everything they are professional which I myself appreciate. If I could give them more stars I would. I love my new place, and I truly do not know what I would have done without them.

Fantastic experience: Huge Rave to Garden Gate Real Estate. We had placed our 30 day notice for move out due to buying a house. Went to do final walk through of new home and the subfloor was sinking. So we backed out of the buy. Notified Garden Gate praying they would allow us to stay and they did. We are so grateful for them working with us. I wanted to reach out because I never saw you come past the office the other day to take me up on the offer I made to help with your application. Since I never saw you nor heard anything from you, I assumed you were able to figure out the online application. I am sorry that you were having technology issues, but the only way I can help with that is if you sit down with me, so that I can help. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best rental company I have ever had dealings with. My wife and I had months left on our lease. Garden gate not only listed the house and found a new tenant but refunded every dime we had already paid ahead of time. Every interaction was a pleasure. As an added bonus any time we stopped into the office (to pay rent as an example) we got to pet kitty cats.

She’s an impeccable professional who did everything for us while we were out of state. Fantastic experience: I would recommend Sharon any day as either a property manager or a real estate agent. We have been renting our home through her for almost 4 years and anytime we had a problem she immediately sent over someone and had the issues resolved in a matter of hours. Also when the opportunity came for us to buy the house we were renting, she walked us through the process an was always available by phone/text to answer our questions She helped with negotiations with the seller, and directed us to who got our loan through. She is very professional and kind, she also has integrity, she does what she says she is going to do. Thank you Sharon for all your help during the last few months!!
