Fantastic experience: My fiance and I relocated to Sheridan for my job and came to visit a few times from Colorado before making the leap. On each visit we toured houses and tested with a few different local agents before we found Kathryn. Kathryn showed us a home as a seller’s agent and while the home was not the right fit for us, we noticed immediately that she made us feel comfortable during our experience. As newcomers in a close knit community like Sheridan, one fear of ours was that it would be hard to find a real estate agent we can trust. Kathryn was so welcoming and intuitively I knew we could trust her. She has a warm, kind presence which made her an easy choice for me; and my fiance appreciated how knowledgeable she is about her craft in general (materials, processes, referrals to local services). Fantastic experience: We met Kathryn through seeing a listing of hers on Instagram. It was very impressive and led us to her website. This told us so much about which drives her in this business, and it was easy to see what she would be offering as a real estate agent. My family and I moved from TX to WY, and in my search for a local realtor who knew the area, I reached out to 4 separate realtors. Benton is the only one who took the time to give me a call. We relied on Benton more than a typical real estate transaction would require from an agent, as we were still in Texas through the date of closing on the home, and Benton was always eager to help and incredibly easy to work with. Fantastic experience: What a test of expertise! Our little piece of commercial property had checked quite a few boxes for problems to be solved. There were 4 parties, 3 buyers and 3 sellers, 2 lawyers . How fun is that? Greg’s knowledge as a lawyer and Nic’s knowledge as an engineer brought years of experience to the table as well as all the contacts they have made over the years and along the way. Sometimes Kathryn would still be logging hours working on her next marketing strategy for the brewhouse back in the office, but sometimes she’d be out slinging a few brews behind the bar, connecting with her customers.  Behind the bar is where I hoped to find Kathryn as I slurped down some suds and we would wax poetic about life.  Once you get to know Kathryn beyond everyday pleasantries, it becomes very clear how intelligence is a part of her being.  She doesn’t just act smart, she is smart.  If you ask me, intelligence would be at the top of the list of attributes I’d wish to have in a real estate agent. I was selling my business and we were selling our house back east. Kathryn Law at Impact Properties was highly recommended by a close friend and we immediately knew she was the right realtor for us.
