Fantastic experience: Ryan helped us sell our house over the course of a year and was patient with us as we waited for an offer that we wanted. When we bought a house he would show us any house we were interested, no matter how far away. It was great getting his perspective as a previous construction worker. He was able to inform us of potential issues or needed repairs, also reasons why a house was too little or too much that we weren’t taking into account. We ended up getting the house we wanted for much lower than we anticipated as he worked to get the price down within our budget.

Fantastic experience: Ryan was very helpful in our home search in a new area that we were unfamiliar with and very professional throughout the whole process. Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table as a realtor with his background in years of construction experience. Ryan walk every house and never cared how many houses that I wanted to view until I found the right home for my family and me. I was never pressured from him as a realtor, he made sure it was the right fit for us. Fantastic experience: I have known Ryan for almost 20 years and he is seriously one of the most genuinely nicest guys you will ever meet. He just helped me purchase my first home and I wasn't sure which realtor to use because I know quite a few but since I know what kind of a person he is it was an easy choice. Fantastic experience: I can't thank Ryan enough for helping us during this process. My wife and I first went to Ryan about home rentals because we NEVER thought we'd qualify for a home. After a couple of conversations, he said there was no risk to just check if we qualify and if not, then he would get us set in a rental. Ryan called a few hours later and said we qualified for a home, which was a complete shock to us. In a matter of days, we went from gearing up for another move to a rental and all the problems that it entails to looking at homes. After looking at a few homes, we went to KB Homes and looked at properties that were nearing completion. We then were asked why don't we build our own home. Again, that was a question we never thought we would be asked. We talked it over and knowing that we'd need some time to get our finances in order, and the prospect of picking out all the options for our own home and not just settling, we signed the paperwork and got the process started. Ryan was good at telling us the good and bad aspects of building, but never once pushed us in any one direction. During the six months it took for our home to be built, Ryan was there every step of the way with updates through text messages and our inquiries and anxieties about what was going on during the build. He came with us during the inspections and when we picked out options. His construction background was a real plus. He was always there with encouragement and honest opinions. I never once felt like a commission to him and shared in the joy with him when we were there for the closing. Even after our closing, he was always there for questions. I highly recommend Ryan and Tiffany if you're looking to buy a home or for rentals. To them, you're not just a number, but more like family.

Fantastic experience: Selling my home of 23 years was so hard for me to do, but was needful. I am a widow and wanted a realtor that I could trust completely. After meeting with several different agents who would not listen to my needs and concern, wanting to sell my house for so much less than what I needed to purchase another house.
