Fantastic experience: Houses were nice! All of them are the ones that we want!

Negative experience: I called to get some information about homes and lots. David was SO incredibly rude. He said my realtor should do their job and get a list of homes for me and said all their spec homes are sold. I was there yesterday and visited several available spec homes from several builders. This information is also listed on the builder's sites. When I let him know I was there yesterday and found several online he said, "well great for you, go see those then!" and HUNG UP ON ME. WOW. Very Very unprofessional for anyone to be spoken to that way. I am making a 1 Million Dollar + Purchase and would 100% expect more professionalism, kindness, service, etc. David is clearly not doing a job he likes. Vintage Oaks phone number goes straight to this person so they should rethink that! YIKES.

Fantastic experience: Yep, we're some of those Californians headed to New Braunfels (we love NB just the way it is, don't worry!). After watching hundreds of YouTube videos, we decided Vintage Oaks was where we'd like to settle for good. Keith Jackson was friendly, helpful and, most importantly, helped us understand some of the important things to look for when buying property in Texas -- whether we bought in Vintage Oaks or not. Everyone associated with Vintage Oaks is professional, kind, and helpful; we're grateful to have found our new home!

Positive experience: Brandon was extremely responsive and helpful in our search for a lot, and made the entire experience both quick and easy. I can readily recommend him.

Fantastic experience: We were uncertain about buying property and building a home. Our process took 3 trips to Texas and stretched over 2 years. We liked Darren the first time we met him, and in my view, you have to like and trust a person before you will buy anything from them. He gave us the pros and cons on each lot we looked at but never tried to lock us down on a sale. I have been in sales for over 30 years and I appreciate people who give you the time to figure out what you want to do.

Negative experience: Southstar’s recent pool addition is embarrassingly small and terribly designed. It will only exacerbate the growing amenity crowding issue. Things will improve when SS is no longer in control of the Vintage Board of Directors.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Vintage Oaks, and in particular Todd Bednar the Land Sales Representative was great. Todd was very responsive from the time myself and family contacted him. He was willing to work with us from the beginning in a very personable way. Todd is a great representative for his company, but he also genuinely cares about the customer and getting it right for them. This can be a hard balance for most to do the right thing for both, but he does this very well. He and his team worked with me and my family closely to achieve our first goal and dream. I am now in the process of obtaining an acre of land at Vintage Oaks! I would recommend anyone looking for a great experience in obtaining a piece of the dream to contact Todd. Fantastic experience: Beautiful community. Plenty of social events, fine homeowner amenities. We decided to buy property there.

Positive experience: To expensive, hmo $$$$$ not the bang for your buck. A lot of lots no view. Advertising large 7 acre lot but sold long time ago. Homes are nice and builders plentiful. Staff good. Like I said nice homes.

Fantastic experience: Viki Wernert and Terre Collins are a fantastic team of realtors. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome in Texas, spent multiple days showing us houses not just in Vintage Oaks, but around New Braunfels, and never pressured us to commit to something even though we were choosy. They are friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled agents. Ultimately, we ended up buying directly from an owner up in San Marcos, but we felt so well taken care of by Viki and Terre that we still wanted to write them this review. If ever we have real estate needs again in New Braunfels or the surrounding region, we will not hesitate to call Viki and Terre.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was selling my house with Vintage Oaks Realty! Terre Collins and Viki Wernert are amazing people that made the entire experience enjoyable. Throughout the entire process they kept me up to date on what was going on behind the scenes, and helped me navigate the complicated paperwork with ease. I plan on moving back to New Braunfels some day and Terre and Viki will be the first, and only, realtors I call to help find my next home!

Fantastic experience: Angela was knowledgeable about the area and took the time to educate us on Texas realty (coming from Minnesota). She took us out several times, patient even though we went back to 2 homes several times to get it right. Angela is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.
