Fantastic experience: We knew buying a house in general would be a process especially during the pandemic, but Sophie made it the best experience we could have asked for as first time home buyers. We were first connected with Sophie through Zillow by chance. We wanted to tour our first house so we requested an appointment through Zillow and she was assigned to us. It was fate! We knew the moment we met her that she would be the one. She explained to us the hardships of trying to buy a house right now. She let us know that she wouldn’t lie to us and tell us how it is. But, the one thing she promised was that she would get us our perfect house! Every house we wanted to see, Sophie did an amazing job getting an appointment to see them on the days and times we were free. She got down the style we wanted, our budget, and helped us find a house that was 100% us. Even when we were discouraged, she reminded us that “the one” was coming. After a couple of weeks of touring numerous houses, the last one we saw was it. It had everything we had told her we wanted including being within our budget and she knew it was us before we walked in the house! With being first time home buyers, the bidding process was something new for us. Sophie made it so incredibly simple. She had referred us to a loan officer who helped us get a loan quickly. She wrote up the offer letter and had us sign it easily to bid on the house before offers were due. She followed up on the bid for us a couple of hours later and …. We got our perfect house!! How fast and simple it was for us. We were shocked! Then came the hard part of going through all the motions of getting a house. The entire time, Sophie was on it and communicated with us everyday. She updated us on everything we needed to know and made us a timeline of when certain things were due. She was there inspecting the house whenever we couldn’t be and we trusted her to do that. We have finally closed on our first house on June 2021 in Cordelia and have been extremely happy that we got Sophie as our agent. She is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, communicates well, and a joy to get along with! With the relationship we built with her, we know that she will always be apart of our lives.
