It's no secret that home buying is extremely stressful, but Maggie was definitely a cool breeze in hell. I highly recommend her! *** One thing I can't stress enough in this process though, especially if you're looking in this area is to *DEFINITELY* RESEARCH LENDERS! Stay away from Wells Fargo. They were an absolute *nightmare* from start to finish. They take FOREVER to process anything and the communication is poor to say the absolute least. The likelihood of the seller cancelling due to their slowness is very high. You will need to be prepared to hold their hand through everything, and to ask exactly the right questions to prompt them to take the right action... maybe... and you'll have to submit the same paperwork over and over and over again because they can't find it. They are nice people, but that doesn't help anything in getting the job done.
