Fantastic experience: Ben was excellent as our realtor! He had a list of showings ready for us as well as being open to any other properties we suggested. Once we chose a property, he was extremely helpful in identifying people to do inspections, etc. to facilitate the process. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he followed up immediately to find the answer. Any communications between realtors, and other interested parties were done on a timely basis right to the closing date. We highly recommend Ben to anyone and would use him again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Steve was terrific - I had a pretty specific list of what I was looking for to purchase in the greater Lake Placid area. Steve listened, set up showings, and literally just a couple of weeks after contacting him to act as a buyer’s agent I put an offer in on my dream ski lodge. It bears mentioning, too, that when I was closing Steve and Brooks had a family emergency. While at this point everything could be handled by my attorney, both checked in frequently and made themselves available.
