Fantastic experience: VKG team + my realtor David Giambruno were able to get my condo sold in a bit of a tough market. Competing with two other condos in the complex, mine was the only one to get sold (one still on the market, one decided to go back to renting). Fantastic experience: During last two years, David Giambruno sold two houses for me. David and his team did a wonderful job. They arranged to get anything done for the houses to be put on market. Fantastic experience: We had an outstanding experience with Aaron and his whole team. First and foremost - they care about their clients and you feel that from the first meeting through the end of the process. That being said, here's how the process went. They helped us come up with a great strategy to get the house to a place where buyers felt that it was move-in ready. They connected us with vendors to get work done on the house to make it look amazing before tours and open houses began. They made this process so easy by doing almost all of the legwork and covering the cost to be paid back after closing. Another part that showed how much they care is how they helped us work around the holidays, getting most of the work done ahead of time and then hitting things hard after so we could list at the best time possible. This allowed us to celebrate the holidays at home and to barely feel affected by the whole process. The end result was so much interest in the house that it almost felt overwhelming (in a good way!). This led to tons of offers, multiple strong offers and an end sale price that we were very happy with. Communication from the team was solid throughout. It fell in the "just right" category; not too much, not too little. We were always in the know but didn't feel overwhelmed. Fantastic experience: Mark and David helped sell our house and buy a new one. In this market with very limited inventory, we were fortunate that we made one just offer during our home search and got it accepted. We interviewed other agents and visited a few houses with them. These searches have not been fruitful because houses quickly became pending even before we had a chance to make an offer. We don’t think we could have bought a place so quickly without their help. We really appreciated their access to unlisted properties and their motto of “No sign, No problem”. They also did a very good job of selling our house. Their selling price was quite accurate, and they found us painter, gardener, handyman and staging crew, all at very reasonable prices. Execution was very crisp and per plan. When a problem arose, they resolved it very quickly. For example, when the sign installer ruptured a landscape pipe, they sent a repair person the same day to get the issue fixed. We liked having home/termite/roof inspections done early and making the reports available to potential buyers to avoid any surprises. We appreciated having our own website domain featuring our home and 3-D tour including drone-captured videos/photos. Complementary landscaping and staging were very nice. The only small disagreement was with the listing price of our home. We ended up getting $116K over the asking price with 7 offers in 7 days. If we had priced it a bit higher, perhaps we could have avoided wasting time with a few low-ball offers.

Fantastic experience: The work that Dave and his team did for my brother and I to prepare our parent's house for sale was truly amazing. We gave him a dirty, smelly, worn house that was not very appealing and he was able to turn it into a clean, repaired, highly desirable house that sold for top dollar in five days. He and his team did all the repairs and cosmetic changes and staging in three weeks as promised. Dave was professional and very easy to work with. The change in the house was stunning. I was surprised by how good it looked when it went on the market. I wouldn't have believed the difference he made if I hadn't seen it.
