Fantastic experience: Tim's team recently helped us sell our condo in Brighton. It's easy in this May 2021 market to say that properties "almost sell themselves". While that may be true, without the Sova Team expertise, we would have had a challenge to do as well as this team did for us in the following areas: 1) Marketing - the marketing plan was superb and the presentation of our property (including great drone footage) outstanding. Breadth of marketing reach touched media sites we had not known. 2) Pricing - Tim's analysis of the comps and the "pluses" of our property put our pricing where we felt we needed to be. 3) Transparency Of Costs & Net - Tim laid out the full costing and net "take home" to us at various levels of pricing from the outset. 4) Offer Management - we had multiple offers given for the property, each with a slightly different "spin" to it. Tim did great to walk us through all the options, advantages and disadvantages of each. 5) Closing The Deal - it came down to two offers which were pretty different. We did NOT accept the highest offer, but the 2nd highest had better conditions and Tim's negotiations closed the pricing gap significantly. We cannot say we would have landed here correctly without Tim's counsel. 6) Value - The Sova Team earned its commission and, in our estimation, more than paid for their work. Would we use The Time Sova Team again? Without doubt.
