Negative experience: For some reason this company has a pattern of placing the needs and interests of outside contractors ahead of the needs and interests of the co-owners, the people who pay their salary. Unethical and unprofessional barely covers it.
Rich, we are disappointed to see this characterization, as it does not accurately reflect either the role of management or the circumstances surrounding your account.
Mister Management does not independently select, hire, or prioritize outside contractors over Co-Owners. Contractors and Association expenditures are authorized by the Association through its Board of Directors in accordance with the Association’s governing process. Management’s role is to carry out the direction of the Board and administer the Association’s governing documents.
Prior to the sale of your unit, you disputed a violation involving the Association’s leash requirements and the classification of your deck as a Limited Common Element. Management responded to your concerns by providing the specific provisions of the recorded Master Deed addressing the definition of Common Elements, Limited Common Elements, exclusive use of decks, and responsibility for deck maintenance and replacement. You were also provided a complete copy of the Master Deed and invited to address the matter directly with the Board at its next meeting.
The violation remained outstanding and the applicable charge was ultimately paid in connection with the sale of the unit.
We understand that owners may disagree with an Association’s rules, enforcement decisions, or Board-authorized expenditures. However, when purchasing a home within an Association, Co-Owners are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Association’s governing documents and ensuring their property and conduct remain in compliance with those requirements. These governing documents are made available to Co-Owners and establish the rights, restrictions, and responsibilities applicable to both the Association and its membership.
Disagreement with those requirements or their enforcement should not be confused with management placing the interests of contractors ahead of Co-Owners. Management is responsible for administering the Association in accordance with its governing documents and the direction of its elected Board, even when an individual owner disagrees with that direction.
Negative experience: **Title: Predatory fine structure and unreasonable management practices** I am writing this review to warn others about the management practices of Mister Management. It has become increasingly clear that their primary focus is not on property management, but on generating revenue through a predatory fine structure. The company operates more like a trap for homeowners than a service partner. Recently, I was issued a fine for an alleged property violation that they classified as a "second violation." However, the supposed "first violation"—a warning about weeds—occurred two years ago. Despite the fact that the issue was resolved years ago, they claimed that violations "do not roll off," allowing them to bypass the warning stage entirely for new issues and go straight to charging a fine. This rigid and unfair policy effectively sets owners up for failure. It is unreasonable to expect that a single, minor warning from two years ago should justify immediate financial penalties for new, unrelated issues today. They are clearly more interested in squeezing fees out of residents than in fostering a supportive and communicative community. If you are an association or a homeowner, I strongly advise looking for a management company that values fairness and effective communication over manufacturing reasons to charge arbitrary fees.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration with receiving a fine; however, we would like to clarify an important distinction regarding the violation process described in your review.
Mister Management does not establish the Association's fine structure, nor are Association violation fines revenue generated for Mister Management. The violation and fine process is established by the Association and its governing documents, and our responsibility as the management company is to administer those requirements on behalf of the Association.
In this instance, the governing documents provide for escalating enforcement when the same provision is violated again and do not establish a timeframe after which a prior violation is removed from that progression. Had the subsequent violation involved a different provision of the governing documents, it would have begun with a warning rather than progressing to a fine.
We recognize that you disagree with that policy and appreciate your feedback regarding its fairness. However, characterizing the process as Mister Management "manufacturing reasons" to generate revenue does not accurately reflect how these fines are established or administered.
We are always happy to explain the violation process or help homeowners understand the applicable provisions of their Association's governing documents. Concerns regarding the underlying fine structure or enforcement policy can also be presented to the Association's Board of Directors for consideration.
Negative experience: One of the worst management companies out there. Do not do business with them. ************
Thank you for your feedback, Karen. We're sorry to see that you had a negative impression of our company. We understand you're the daughter of one of our Co-Owners and not a resident of the Association yourself.
Because your review doesn't include any details, we're unable to identify the situation you're referring to or investigate your concerns. We strive to provide professional service to the Associations we manage and to communicate respectfully with homeowners, residents, and their representatives.
If there's a specific issue you'd like to discuss, we would welcome the opportunity to learn more and see if we can provide clarification or address any concerns. Please feel free to contact our office directly.

Fantastic experience: Our CONDO Association has been using Mister management for over 10 Years and LOVE the interaction 24/7!! Coming from a Self-manage and the main person that was against it ...... i will never look back again!!! Being a business person 24\7 and always reviewing a few items, companies, ways of doing business ..... I encourage everyone to do the same! Needs & Wants and always different for all organizations! if you have any questions, please ask.
Thank you so much for your incredible 5-star review, Fred!
It means a great deal to us that your Association has trusted Mister Management for more than 10 years. Hearing that someone who was initially hesitant about professional management has become such a strong advocate is one of the best compliments we could receive.
We truly appreciate your thoughtful comments, your continued trust, and your willingness to recommend that others carefully evaluate what works best for their communities. Building lasting relationships with the Associations we serve is something we take great pride in.
Thank you again for your support—we look forward to serving your community for many years to come!

Fantastic experience: Mister management company took over management of our condo association a year ago. I highly recommend them. They are professional and organized. We have notice a huge improvement in our community since they took over
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review, Louis!
We're honored to hear that you've noticed such a positive difference in your community over the past year. Our team works hard to provide professional, organized management and to help each Association continue improving, so it's incredibly rewarding to know those efforts are making an impact.
Thank you for your recommendation and for placing your trust in Mister Management. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to serve your community!
Negative experience: I am sharing this review to provide factual feedback on the fee structure and billing practices of this property management company for other associations considering their services. The management company administers an annual $200 rent administration fee for owners who rent out their units. This fee was introduced relatively recently, and there has been limited clarity regarding the specific services it covers or how the amount is calculated. Owners are informed that communication regarding this charge is handled electronically, and no paper bill or invoice is sent for the annual fee, even when requested. However, if payment is considered late, an additional $40 late fee is assessed, and a paper notice is mailed for the penalty. From an owner’s perspective, this creates an imbalance in how billing versus penalties are communicated. The overall cost of the annual fee, combined with the late charge, feels disproportionate, particularly given the lack of a formal billing statement. While I will comply with the payment requirements, I believe greater transparency and more consistent billing practices would better serve owners and associations alike. I encourage any association considering this management company to review their fee policies and communication procedures carefully. P.S. It is also worth noting that additional fees apply when making payments by credit card or through bank auto-debit, and owners who wish to receive billing statements or documents by paper mail are required to pay an extra fee for that option as well. These added costs further increase the overall expense to owners and are an important consideration when evaluating the company’s management practices.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Yoon.
We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. The annual non-owner occupied unit fee is an Association policy adopted by the Board of Directors and is not established by Mister Management. Our role is to administer and collect the fee on the Association's behalf in accordance with the governing documents and Board-approved policies.
Likewise, any late fees are assessed in accordance with the Association's governing documents and approved collection policies.
Regarding payment processing fees, these are not charged by Mister Management or the Association. They are third-party convenience fees charged by the payment processor for certain electronic payment methods. Homeowners who wish to avoid these fees have alternative payment options available, such as mailing a check or using their bank's online bill pay service.
We appreciate your comments regarding communication and billing transparency. Feedback like yours helps us continue evaluating our processes and improve the experience for both homeowners and the Associations we serve.
Negative experience: Received a violation letter as a new owner — no photos, no prior notice, and inconsistent enforcement. When I requested details, I was told to “look it up.” Homeowners deserve due process, clear evidence, and consistent application of rules. This feels targeted and unprofessional.
Thank you for your feedback, Haroline. We're sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling this way.
To provide some context for others reading this review, the violation you received was part of the Association's annual community inspection. Similar notices were issued to numerous homeowners at the same time, and all violations are reviewed and authorized by the Association's Board of Directors in accordance with the governing documents.
Regarding your request for the governing documents, our intent was not to dismiss your concerns. We directed you to your resident portal because it contains the Association's current governing documents in downloadable PDF format, making them immediately accessible. We apologize if that came across differently than intended.
We understand that receiving a violation as a new homeowner can be frustrating. Our goal is always to communicate professionally, answer questions, and help homeowners understand the Association's governing documents and processes. As reflected in our previous correspondence, we took the time to respond to your concerns in detail and provided information on how to communicate directly with the Board of Directors and participate in Board meetings.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve communication with new homeowners, and we wish you the best in your homeownership.
Negative experience: Only good reviews I see are from work that SHOULD be done not hounded on. Communication lacks and general maintenance items do not get done Edit: actively blocks concerns regarding pesticide
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Because your review was posted anonymously, we're unable to identify the specific Association or circumstances you're referring to. Maintenance requests and landscape-related concerns, including pesticide treatments, are typically handled in accordance with the direction of the Association's Board of Directors, and not every request results in the same course of action depending on the circumstances.
We certainly do not block homeowner concerns and encourage residents to bring questions or issues to our attention so they can be reviewed. If you'd still like us to look into the matter, we'd be happy to do so if you contact our office with the name of your Association and additional details.
We appreciate all feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our communication and service.
Fantastic experience: Dave G and Lori A and the rest of the team are the best. Response time for any concerns or questions or repairs are excellent . Thank you Mister Management Sincerely Steve
Thank you so much for your kind words and your 5-star review, Steven!
We're thrilled to hear that Dave, Lori, and the rest of our team have provided you with excellent service. Providing prompt responses and helping our clients with their questions, concerns, and maintenance needs is something we take great pride in.
We truly appreciate your support and your trust in Mister Management. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—it means a great deal to all of us!
Negative experience: They almost never return phone calls!!
Thank you for your feedback, Jeffrey. We're sorry to hear you felt your calls weren't being returned.
We reviewed our records regarding your concerns and found that multiple responses were provided by our team throughout your communications. While we recognize that our response time may not always be as immediate as homeowners would like—particularly during periods of high call volume—we do make every effort to respond to all inquiries, whether by returning a phone call or, when appropriate, by responding via email.
We understand the importance of timely communication and are continually working to improve our responsiveness. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
Fantastic experience: Great company to work with - Candace is easy to work with. Highly recommend! :)
Thank you so much for your kind words and your 5-star review, Cassandra!
We're so glad to hear you've had a great experience working with our team and that Candace has been so easy to work with. We'll be sure to share your compliments with her—they'll mean a lot.
Thank you for your recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to serve you and your community!
Negative experience: Shame on you! I would give you and Jonathan's Landing both a zero if I could. Your unfair treatment of a veteran and his family as tenants at Jonathan's Landing has lowered the bar for a condo board association and their lackey. Thank goodness my landlord has my back because no one else certainly does!
Fantastic experience: Josh is immediately responsive to emails and phone calls. He answers and references where I can find sections in our condo Master Deed and By-Laws immediately when I have questions. We don’t always agree on the interpretation of those sections, but, our conversations are professional, respectful and civil. Carolyn Kearns
Fantastic experience: I’ve done business with Mister Management for 15 years. They are a great group of people with excellent communication. They look out for what’s in the best interest of the communities they manage and really do a great job keeping up on things that need attention. Dave / Lori / Nichole and the rest of the managers there are always easy to reach and seem to really care.
Fantastic experience: Mister Management has managed our condo complex for a few years now. Our rep, Josh Smith, does an outstanding job as a liasion between residents and our board of directors. He is courteous, professional, and very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. When there is a matter for a board decision we feel confident that he will keep us posted with the outcome. It's like we have a voice in the room when he represents us.
Fantastic experience: I have been on the board of our condo community for 6+ years now. Mr Management has been our representative for that entire time. Josh is now our representative and today he went above and beyond what was required to solve a nagging problem that has been with us for more than 2 years. Thank you Josh!
Fantastic experience: We have been extremely happy with all of our interactions with our management company. Very timely response to any of our inquiries . Very different from other mgt companies we have had before.
Fantastic experience: Very professional staff.
Fantastic experience: Nichole is an amazing property manager! I would highly recommend this Managment company to anyone. She goes above & beyond for her communities. Also very knowledgeable on quality work & contractors in the area.
Fantastic experience: Mister Management has been a great company to work with. They are pleasant and very knowledgeable with everything I have dealt with them on. They are very professional.
Fantastic experience: Good Morning, I have read the recent reviews of Mister Management and I thought the people complaining about Mister Management at Woodlake Condo's, don't even live at Woodlake Condo. I'm the Board President of Woodlake Condo Board of Directors and I checked the data base of residents who live and have lived at Woodlake Condo and I can't find these names. I really don't understand why they are writing bad reviews unless it is the 4 people who hate Mike Kerry since he won't do what they want since he knows that resident must get a work order and doing their personal work is not up to the Mike to do for them nor it is the responsibility of the Condo Association, either. As for Mister Management Staff being rude and abusive, they aren't but we have numerous residents who are not allowed to call Mister Management since they have been rude, abusive and used obscene language towards them. I have instructed them to hang up on residents who are like that. We have one resident yell and scream at contractors that they have been fined $50. One resident is so rude and threatening to contractors that I have to stand guard over them so she'll leave them alone. I would like to point out Lori, Candace, Vickie are awesome people to work with and many of us work with them on a daily basis. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Lori has been a point person on numerous projects at Woodlake and I love her to death. She is an awesome person. Dave, owner of the Mister Management is a decent, honorable man, who has help us out since day one we brought Mister Management into Woodlake Condo. I have lived at Woodlake Condos since 1992 and we have had numerous management companies. Mister Management would be in the top 3. I would recommend them and I would highly recommend Mike Kerry, also! As for the people who made the negative reviews, they don't live here Ken Dettloff President, Woodlake Condos
Negative experience: If 0 was possible, I would give it instead of a 1.
Negative experience: At our last annual meeting the Woodridge Knoll owners applauded, when advised we were leaving Mister Management. That speaks volumes for the community sentiment about the quality of services provided. Wish we could assign negative stars!
Fantastic experience: Lori and the staff at Mister Management have done an amazing job for Pine Eagles Condos (Oak Pointe) in Brighton, MI. They have gotten more accomplished in 2 weeks than the other management companies in 2 years. Thank you!!
Fantastic experience: I had serious damage after the ice storm of '23. The folks at Mister Management could not have been more helpful and professional. Especially, Nichole Smith. She was great to work with and very responsive. I'm glad our complex continues our relationship with Mister Management.
Fantastic experience: K & G construction did a very thorough job with an extensive amount of damage covered. Inside & out. The siding is a bit dated but have piece of mind that the issues have been resolved. Thanks to MisterManagement and all the guys involved with this project! Have a great day!
Fantastic experience: I would like to commend, Nicole Smith of Mr. Management for the excellent Service she has provided us, as residents of Woodridge Hills Condominiums. Nichole has been timely, to respond to our questions regarding maintenance issues, computer assistance and needed residence repairs. She has always been approachable, professional and pleasant in our communications. We feel fortunate that she is a staff member of Mr. Management. Dianne Hamm and Jim Riley
Fantastic experience: Thanks to Lori for expediting the approval of my Modification application when I needed a new high efficiency furnace on an emergency basis. Also, thanks goes out to the board and especially Bernie Cybulski for your help as well.
Negative experience: If I could have chose 0 stars I would have done so. I was on the BOD for our subdivision, and worked with M.M. for those 5 years. The first 4 1/2 yrs were great. The owner Dave and most of his property managers were great, until we got switched to one, that used to be an assistant, and got promoted. Oh boy, the whole working relationship spiraled out of control within 1 month. The BOD would ask for things, we would never get an answer, or we would hear, "oh I forgot." So I retired from BOD for that one change, Mister Management did, mind you not even discussing it with us. Jump forward 7 months..... Mister Management, is not our MGT., company anymore. BEST decision current BOD could have made. So in closing.... Think hard BEFORE hiring this company! ✌️ out Josh!
Fantastic experience: As a member of the Board for Maple Hills Association, I can speak first hand as to quality of this management company. We recently changed from another management company that had represented our community for many, many years. Therefore, switching was no easy task! However laborious the process, once the change was made, there was no comparison. No longer did important points of business fall through the cracks. No longer were the condo association rules and regulations ignored. No longer were important documents left unprovided to the board and no longer did the board have to continuously remind the management company to act on decisions made. We are very pleased with the professionalism, availability, efficiancy and proactive services of Mister Management and highly recommend this business and their staff.
Fantastic experience: This company has been absolutely amazing to work with. As a property manager for a large investment company, I have dealt with all types of HOA company's. Normally it takes way to long to respond or to even get in touch with. Lori has been an amazing help getting our condo ready, always responded in a timely manor and went above and beyond
Fantastic experience: Have dealt with and worked with this Management company for years and seen them adapt to the ever changing needs of HOA's. They always strive to manage the many demands that come there way with great professionalism and consideration to all. They are versed in many areas of property management and you can trust they will take the utmost care of your property.
Negative experience: Did not get a call back nor problem solved until someone else complained!
Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Josh from Mister Management! I called him yesterday and was freaking out because I had ants in my kitchen. He said he would put a work order in for the extermination company that they contract with. I didn’t expect them to come until next week. Much to my surprise they showed up today! Two thumbs up for Josh getting on this issue right away. I know he could hear my concern over the phone.
Negative experience: Very unhappy with the level of service provided. Water heater broke and needed building water shut off so plumber could replace shut off valve. Called Mister Management Saturday and left vmail, also emailed them. Didn't leave "emergency" vmail as recording threatens a charge if leaving a non-emergency message on the emergency vmail. No one called back Monday. I called office and tried to coordinate time for today but Dave (maintenance guy) is home today because it looks like rain and doesn't want to make the 40 minute drive to the building. The best they can do is have someone there at 10am TOMORROW. No hot water since Saturday and Mister Management seems to care less. Lori in the office was nice and tried to help, but Dave wasn't willing to do it today. Not sure why Dave is the only guy that can open a door. Very poor service from Mister Management.
Ted The assistant for that property did speak with you today 8/1/22. It is association policy to give all Co-Owners in the building a 24 hour notice before the water in the building be shut off unless it's an emergency. Your hot water heater needing to be replaced is not an immediate emergency unless it was leaking . The soonest we could have this taken care of is tomorrow and that is what we are scheduling for. Dave form DLD is a handy man that works strictly for Jonathan's Landing they do not work for Mister Management
Negative experience: Update in 2022. This supposed management company still holds its position as the worst in the area. Misinformation; no planning; false promises; and missed deadlines; Everything you want in a property manager. Here's looking at you Josh! Avoid this property manager at all costs. By far the worst in the area. Property manager does not follow up on issues and problems. When notified of issues and problems at the site, problems either do not get fixed or linger for weeks and months before action is taken. Simple things a first grader could manage, this company cannot manage. Incompetent and uncaring best describes this company.
Fantastic experience: Very professional and prompt.
Fantastic experience: Nichole has always responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. She is always polite and provided good information.
Negative experience: Dave Gee is an absolute scumbag. Mister Management is the worst property management company i've ever dealt with. If you're looking for rude and inconsiderate staff Mister Management is perfect. They don't care about the communities they're supposed to manage. It's unfortunate that zero stars isn't an option.
Negative experience: Disappointing. It takes several calls to get results, unfortunately.
Fantastic experience: I have been in my condo for over 5 years in Brighton. In that time, Mister Management has always exhibited professional and friendly services. I recently had an issue at my unit. I called Mister Mangement with my concerns. They addressed my inquiry in a timely matter and took great care to resolve of my situation. Mister Management is also diligent in regards to taking the time to walk around the complex occasionally. Dave and his team personally takes time to check up on the common ground areas and investigates the outside units for future maintenance if needed. It is that personal touch that I feel is important for me to want to take the time and write this comment. Dave and his staff are top notch!
Negative experience: Nichole, as a part of Mister Management, is extremely unresponsive, unprofessional, and rude. It takes her weeks to fix any maintenance problems, she refuses to acknowledge her mistakes, and is a poor communicator in both timing and quality. Dave, the owner of this company is surprisingly even worse. Dave walked into my home and could "feel" it was humid (even though the dehumidifier that his company installed for four days showed no abnormal humidity). He also refused to shake my hand. They treat you as if you work for them; rather than the other way around. I would be very wary of doing business with this company unless you want your money taken with no service. An update to this: Nichole has cost the HOA thousands of dollars in lawyer fees from me and other residents because of ineptitude, lack of communication, lack of knowledge, and lack of customer service. Problems linger on for months without any resolution. This is a very unprofessional business from the top to the bottom. I hope other HOAs learn not to do business with MM, as my HOA has learned the hard way.
Negative experience: This company must hire from the bottom of the barrel. They are useless when we have a problem in our condo. The basement is flooding from their broken sprinkler line as I am writing this but they apparently could care less.
Negative experience: Since May I have tried to get Adam to clean and repair the gutter above my air conditioner condenser. Every time it rains water pours into it. I have called several times, talked to Adam and his boss, left messages. No response as of July 17. I'm sure if I was late in making my monthly condo fee Mr Management would respond very promptly. Very poor way to run a business.
Fantastic experience: Cortland Place has been with MM since just about the start. Nichole is great to work with. Dave (owner) was giving great advice this week as to how to manage our roofing project. Chris our landscape guy does great work. Those whiners below, need to work more closely with their association board to resolve issues. MM is very responsive.
Fantastic experience: As an officer of our condo association I get a bit more insight than our co-owners and while no management company will make all the residents happy all the time Mister Management certainly tries and comes pretty darn close. Adam, our Association's primary contact, is a keeper putting up with some really warped humor (OK, mine) and soldiers on with skill and alacrity. Our previous managers taught us to appreciate a really good one and Dave, Lori, Vicky and of course Adam are all of that. Nice to have them!
Fantastic experience: We could not be happier with Adam, Dave and Mister Management staff! After years of attempting to work with a different local Mngmt Co. who became unresponsive to our condo association, extremely poor interaction with co-owners and terrible maintenance we decided to make a change. Selecting Mister Mngmt. as our new management co. was probably the very best decision we have made in years. They ALWAYS are available for calls and in a rare instance when they can't, our calls are returned immediately. If we send emails, they too are answered quickly. When dealing with good or bad condo complex issues we are never fed excuses, the issue is handled professionally and immediately! Our property manager, Adam, takes issues to heart and works tirelessly until the issue is corrected. Rather than a barrage of negative co-owner feedback as the board had been accustomed to hearing we now receive comments of praise for Adam and Mister Management. Usually the quality of maintenance work performed is solely on the company doing the work. We have had an instance or two when repair work didn't live up the quality our board demands. We've never received excuses from Adam, only his promise to get the contractor back to do the job correctly. We all have found Adam, Dave and Lori to be a breath of fresh air and are certainly responsible for alleviating much of the stress the board dealt with with our previous management co.! Mike
Fantastic experience: Adam, Lori and the rest of the team at Mister Management are first rate. I have been on our condo board for 12 years and this is the third management organization I have been exposed to. They are head and shoulders above the rest and the best so far.
Fantastic experience: Have worked with many Management companies in the past but have not found one that has the skill or expertise as Mister Management. Not only do they possess these but utilize them for everyone's benefit . Very happy with them.
Negative experience: Dave is unresponsive, and the company provides poor screening and oversight of its laborers. One of Dave's hired hands told me to my face he'd make a repair but never kept his promise. When I tried to follow up, the secretary said Dave would contact me. It's been months and I'm still waiting. As well, the quality of snow removal is shoddy. I walked out of my front door one day last winter and stepped right into a one-foot pile of snow that workers left directly under my door! Landscaping services are also subpar. Shrubs need trimmed, weeds need pulled, and broken landscape rocks need replaced. This leaves me wondering what our association actually gets for the hefty property management fee we're paying. Mister Management earns an "F" in every category of business communication: It has demonstrated a lack of competence, caring, and character. Shame on you. After working in property management for six years and experiencing (non)"service" first-hand from Mr. Management, I can say this management company ranks among the lowest I've seen on the three key factors of business credibility: competence, caring and character.
Fantastic experience: Our Asociation Management Company for over 8 years. Current agent is very quick to respond and has a strong background that has been very beneficial. I feel they sincerely try to provide the best contractors for our budget and have been easy to work with over the years.
Fantastic experience: Mister Management has been representing our community, Cortland Place, for more than 7 years. I have found them easy to work with, responsive, helpful and mindful of our budget. I would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience: I have lived in our community for 11 years. I just completed 1 year on the board. I never realized how much time and effort goes into the home owners associations. Luckily, we have Nicole at Mister Management to help. She is very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions and concerns. Associations have guidelines and laws that they must follow, and I don't believe we have the knowledge of them that we need without Mister Management to guide us. I would recommend them to other communities.
