We have had many question about the functions, problems, and or concerns since we moved. Mike has always picked up our call and addressed anything with undying patience. Our contractor was not involved after the sale but Mike was by our side anytime we needed help. He took it upon himself to install smoke alarms for our safety without being asked to do so. He gave us a wonderful knife with Keller Williams engraved on the stainless blade. I use it constantly and think of his kindness during and after our move. I don't know who else we could turn to that has the answers or will find the answers to our issues. My family lived in our former house for 44 years. We didn't actually find the right property on that trip. However, we kept working with Caroline, who was very aware of our tastes & preferences after several conversations over the houses we had been looking at. So, remotely they were able to find us the property we ended up with. There were a number of issues along the way, but Caroline helped us through all of them. She was extremely professional, quite pleasant, overall, a joy to work with. Now, we're happy in our new home. It has been a great experience working with the Ellis Real Estate team.
