Negative experience: The Realtors are good, but the office staff could be better. I had to drop off some papers 1st thing in the morning. I was there at 7:55am for the 8am opening. At 8:20am I was still sitting in the parking lot after trying to go in 3 times after the staff arrived. The door was still locked.
