Negative experience: Went to a showing, several times mentioned a slippery entry to the house, they never offered to unlock the front entrance, sllpped in the mud ruined my clothing, which was new, no compensation, had knots on my leg severe bruising. Very rude realtor & his wife. The 8 yr old grandson was more polite!

Fantastic experience: We had a house listed in the Ft. Smith Market for 7 months, with no traction, reduced the price, did everything we were told to do with no luck. We had really come to a place where we were not even sure we wanted to sell the house, maybe renting it out would be easier. With the recommendation of a dear friend, we chose O'Neal Real Estate as a last ditch effort. In the 7 months prior, we did not receive one offer, not even a bad offer, nothing. We listed with O'Neal a day after new years, and within just a few days we had 3 offers. We did not do anything crazy, we lowered the price by $100 (one hundred dollars). But you could tell the amount of work they were putting into our listing. We had more showings for the first 3 days, then we did the entire last month with our previous agent. O'Neal Real Estate not only got us an offer quickly, but they made sure to negotiate to ensure we were completely satisfied. Throughout the whole process, they were always available to answer my questions, offer feedback, and give advice. If you are buying and/or selling this is who you need to trust with this important decision.
