Fantastic experience: Chris provided a wonderful experience for my wife and I. We were looking to move back home from out of state and given the current market conditions, we were having this guy do virtual tours for us on shit foreclosures worth nothing. Nonetheless, he did it with enthusiasm and a smile while giving us great advice. My wife and I ended up switching gears and started looking at houses that were 5-10x the value of the original houses we had Chris showing us and he kept the same energy throughout the whole process. He’s a great realtor and overall a good person. Fantastic experience: I'd like to state how impressive Christian Saunders is. My husband and I moved from out-of-state to Pennsylvania. When we found a house we wanted to look at, we would call a realtor for that listing. However, asking to see another home the realtor would say it's not in my area. This happened twice. It's like they didn't want to take the time to help out-of-staters find a home even though we were cash buyers. Finally connected with Team Stash. They are highly motivated. Showed us a house twice. Listened to what we were both asking for. Was on top of it. A house was found about 1 hour away. He traveled and showed us OUR house. We negotiated the price and was under contract. While they were on vacation, they helped us with the buyer inquiries and stopped any possibilities of a delay in the closing date. We were our expecting our second child during the process. I’ll start by saying, my wife and I stumbled upon Chris via the internet in search of a realtor to help us find our starter home. Within that transaction he was the most kind and motivated professional we’ve either dealt with. After settling in he continued to communicate with us to see how things were going. Unfortunately, we had a loss in the family and my mother in law needed to sale her home and relocate. After one call, Chris was on it- helping her sale and buy a new home. During the toughest times, Chris managed to bring a smile to her face and find the perfect location for her. You’d think it would end there, but no.
